GS is one of my favorite shops in Amman that offers variety of stylish fashion. Prices are abit expensive but high quality products, so it worth to visit it during sale season.
Unfortunately, they have a very annoying customer service! They dont give people their own space to explore the shop. The moment you enter the store, someone runs to you and starts offering you option in a very pushy way.
I always feel so much under pressure and sometimes avoid going in because of this, last time he followed me to the changing room offering me other Pullovers, even I asked him to give me some space.
Please stop doing this, give people space to look around.

Horrid customer service, they literally sold me a wallet from Timberland that has a CUT A LITERAL SLIT in the back which I would've never guessed to check and they provided no refund!!!! Wth bro, seems like the store only provides defective items, how on earth is a quality defect from their end isn't exempt from their stupid no refund policy

تجربه شراء سيئه جدا خدمه تعديل الملابس الخياطه و التعديل سيئه بمعنى الكلمة تطلب تعديل الخياطه ٣ مرات أخذت الموضوع اكثر من شهر انصح الزبائن عدم استخدام خدمات التعديل لديهم
