Shú Noodles

Their noodles are consistently fresh, and the food is simply fantastic. I'm a big fan of their outdoor seating too. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the shrimp dumplings, vegetable noodles, and the peanut noodles (although be warned, the chicken version is super filling, just a couple of bites and you're full, but it's delicious). And the best part? Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food you get.

We stumbled across this place by chance and were greeted by Mohammed. His detailed knowledge about everything on the menu was exceptional and his friendliness and advice was absolutely amazing.

For starters, we ordered dumplings and for the mains we had Shataki Mushroom and Beef Stir fry, and Lamb Cumin Soup....wow, wow and WOW!

We had full view of the kitchen throughout so were regularly entertained by the chefs (nothing short of artists) making/stretching and cutting noodle dough which was an added treat.

Better variety, tasting and fresher noodles than the other top rated Chinese restaurants in Amman...by far!

The atmosphere is brilliant and I can't fault this place.

The food is amazing!! I’ve always wanted a P.F. Changs to open in Jordan but now we have something even better! The noodles are fresh Mongolian beef is just phenomenal the staff go above and beyond it’s a 10/10

Amazing food had the sea food with flat long noodles medium spice… it was really hitting the spot! Loved it! The fried milk for desert was interesting and didn’t disappoint it was delicious… service was also very good.

The food was amazing. The green pepper was sooo good. Ayham (staff) was very helpful. We sat a bit outside but could still see our noodles being made. 10/10 must try

Prices are a little high, but taste definitely makes it worth it for an awesome date night. The different meats like the beef, shrimp, and calamari are super good quality and cooked to perfection. Even better are the noodles, though. They are literally made to order. I watched a guy twirl some dough and break off my noodles. You can taste how fresh they are.

The overall best item, in my opinion as someone who's tried 5 items, was the shrimp dumplings with whatever sesame sauce comes with them. I could make a meal of just them. If you want some good fresh asian and have a little extra money for a good meal, I definitely recommend this place. I've tried about 10 asian restaurants in Amman, and this is my favorite for taste.

The best noodles I've ever had 😋. Try green pepper beef noodles then thank me later. Also the beef broccoli is very very verrryy tasty. I recommend it 10/10. 👌🏻

The food was super delicious, it’s fun to be able to see the noodles getting prepared in the kitchen and then eating them while they’re super fresh. The service was fast. First place to offer mooncakes in Amman so I loved trying them out. Will be back for sure 💙
