Want to thank a young gentlman by the name of Karam Georgy working on the top floor of the concept store . He was incredibly professional in helping me and answering my questions throughout the different stands I was viewing . He is extremely helpful , with a vibrant smile and happy attitude … totally professional . It is great to see such a young man serving with such high qualities . Truly a gem .

Worst experience ever the place doesn't respect it's customers, i was going down the stairs and the bag barely touched a painting hanged on the wall and because the painting wasn't hanged properly it fill down and the outside frame was seprated ,the painting and the glass was not affected at all, the frame is soooo cheap the material is something between plastic and wood, i wasnt looking at the painting or touching it. I've been to many places that are even not as classy as the spot or considering themselves as classy and never faced this situation, they made a big deal of it started making calls as if it was a crime although i told them i will pay but the way they handeled the issue was so cheap , eventually they asked for 15 jds for a frame that costs 3 jds and can be repaired.
