Amman Airport Hotel

This is the best hotel I ever been over sea, I absolutely recommend it . Ayman , Sultan, and everyone else here are fabulous.

Our flight was canceled this hotel came to our rescue and house us overnight approximately 100 customers had to be served on short notice. The staff was very nice and helpful and want to thank them for coming to our rescue. Updates are being done as I speak to improve the quality of the building and they are working very hard. The rooms that are done are excellent. Phil White

They took my luggages off as soon as I got off the bus👍 check in was 2 min 👍 they took the luggages upstairs 👍 they invited me to the complementary buffet for dinner & Breakfast 👍 food was decent 👍staff was really nice👍I got a fresh fruit plate delivered to me👍 Bathroom looking good 👍 love the service.......

Thanks to Royal Jordanian, they treated us in a very responsible way. They offered us a hotel stay in Amman Airport Hotel, even for a short transfer period. The hotel itself is clean and decent, but there should be more care paid to the carpet and the furniture. The meal is even more than we expected. Open buffet of various foods and flavors. All these applied to my stay in transferring hours, if you stay more or you pay for the service, there may be different situations!

Breakfast was great. I got in at 2am and I think if you call the hotel they will send a shuttle right away. A nice stranger called for me since I didn't have an international plan. I was worried about the room since everyone was giving such bad reviews but it was a very nice hotel. Definetly worth the $140

I had an overnight stay at the hotel today. I cant understand the bad reviews of the last months. The lobby is very nicely done. Rooms clean, spacious and very modern kept. Offer everything you need. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Yes you can say there is maybe a stain on the wall or a corner chipped. If you consider that you can not apply the typical German quality standards, I think the hotel is great. It also makes the impression that they are currently renovating vigorously. Keep it up!
Little Update: The WLAN could be a bit better in terms of signal strength & placement (but it's not bad!)

The hotel staff are hospitable and professional, going above and beyond for me. I want to especially thank receptionist Shaker, who's professionalism and kindness are exemplary. The hotel and its guests will benefit greatly from his kind demeanor as I have during my brief visit here.

Since my layover for the flight was longer than 8 hours, The Royal Jordanian Staff helped me with booking for an overnight Hotel Stay which was nearby the Queen Alia International Airport they had a great service of pick and drop, and the hotel staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Best customer service and great people. The hotel sent their agent to the airplane door to receive my wife and my two children and escorted them to the hotel. The hotel service was excellent with very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. Thank you to the management of the Airport Hotel in Amman. Great job 👏

Clean and safe. Cafeteria prices are higher than expected. I liked the shuttle service. Front desk has all flight information that was very helpful.

Had to stay in the hotel for one night between flights, there are no other options nearby. No complains on check in, cleanliness or staff. Very quite. Breakfast served from 6am, good for those traveling early. Free shuttle.

The desk staff were very professional and very accommodating. Checking us in though we were early. The room is clean and very stocked and appointed with many extras. We ordered various items from the room service menu, and the food is delicious. We are very happy with our experience.

It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in, so friendly and the staff are nice and helpful, I love the way they treat them costumers, and the room are so clean, the best hotel if you want to stay for your flight it’s so close to the airport as well.
