Good customer services

I have always received excellent customer service at this branch. The app and website are also quite user friendly.

Because it was not my branch.i had to call the customer rep on line who assisted me. This is foolishness .The rep on the floor was not pleasant and sociable .there should be a more people person rep to attend to client's walking in.
The rep did not care to ask valid questions why my replacement card would not work.
Thank you New Kingston branch for saving the day .as that day I thought of switching bankers .

The customer service was lacking a bit the guy there handling my issue kept talking to other people while I'm explaining something to him. Just didn't feel like a valued customer today. I did get the information that I needed so I have no complaints there.

Above average banking services with very poor customer service, the app is the best I've seen.

Autherine needs to be retrained....I have waited 1 hour plus in the bank today. When I expressed my disappointment her response was it was not unreasonable and she had other clients to deal with!!!! Normally you would have heard an apology but not this one...oh no she gets paid to be unprofessional....fabulous CIBC !!! You are outstanding

Terrible, terrible service. Will wait to help you til you threaten to close your account then finally do what you had been asking for hours before. An absolute disgrace of bank service.

It took 3 hours to get from person #70 to #74… I was supposed to head back to work and my shift ended at the bank… Absurd

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Staff not very knowledgeable on their products. If you speak with 5 agents, I guarantee you will get different answers to your question. When customer care promises to have someone call back, don't hold your breath. I certainly cannot, in my right mind recommend this bank to anyone.

You guys may want to tear this branch down and start over! Does anyone respect time? NO - they don’t. They will see the line is out the door and the will all mysteriously need a break! They don’t care!!! They really don’t! I have been waiting MONTHS to get my online banking fixed! They promise some one will call… nothing! No one calls. They don’t care!
