Gloria's Seafood City

Came on a Thursday not too busy. Food was good, atmosphere was quit, waterfront. Entree comes with one appetizer.

I had the "honey jerk lobster 🦞" and a Pina Colada.- they tasted nice.

However, I asked for a glass of water, and I was given a bottle instead. So I asked if it's free & I was told no, they don't give free water. 🤐 I did not like that.

NB: They do not give complimentary water here.

I went to Gloria's for dinner for 5 on Thursday January 4th 2024. From the front door to the roof top, the service was Extra Awesome. The host that sat us down was courteous and professional. Our server Owen was over the moon friendly, professional, fast, efficient. This is the best service we have ever experienced from dinning on the island. I would definitely return and strongly recommend Gloria's to friends and family. Keep up the great eating atmosphere.

Though the wait is the most problematic thing. Today was my lucky day because my order and meal was all done under 15 mins (I should play the lotto). Beautiful view and sea breeze to go with some steam fish and vegetables. Great day to spend our Jamaica Day 08.01.

Visited midweek, our server was extremely pleasant however, we waited to be served a little longer than expected but the food was delicious. We also tried their fruit punch, nice but I wouldn’t have it to often, it was just a tad too sweet for my palate. Really clean, nice and relaxed atmosphere with a lovely view.

When in Kingston I have my husband bring me here. I love sitting where I can view the water and ships while eating excellent food.

The food was lovely, my server was courteous and timely in her delivery of my food and drinks. I had a little challenge with the wind while being seated on the back porch, however, it was an overall good experience for me.

The food is always great at this place I had fish soup, steamed fish with steamed bammy, and a strawberry daiquiri. However, the service is slow I think they need to get more workers because this place is usually packed.

Amazing food!!! It was so good forgot to take pictures! It was so delicious.

Gloria’s Seafood was amazing the view of the harbor is amazing. I loved watching the pelicans gliding through air. So make sure you’re seated outside.
Let’s talk about the food… I’m very picky when it comes to eating seafood but let me tell you the those salt fish fritters were amazing!!!!!!!! The mocktail was also pretty good but I forgot the name. 10/10

Went there for Sunday dinner (Downtown location) and everything was superB!

They sanitized our hands upon entry and we were quickly seated and assisted by Samantha.
The place was full but we got our order in record time - and let me tell you, man we were impressed!
Imagine 2 big big red snappers + side + nuff vegetables (and pepper) on your dish.
Oh and the fish neva big fi nothing cuz them did well seasoned and expertly cooked.

No man big up unno self Gloria's cuz mi neva did a expect that at all. Could only manage to eat 1 of the fish and had to take home the rest.

In addition to all this it was great to see them cleaning tables quickly as customers leave and our waitress Samantha was sweet and most helpful.

Y'all will definitely be getting my money again, keep up the good work!

I dined at Gloria's in kingston and I can tell u that the service I've received is exceptionally awesome my server Abby was very pleasant and is awesome in the area she works ...The bartender Chevanese.....0mg !! Asset to the organization thaise blended fruit punch was everything it was perfect I could do one I had yo reorder thanks Chevanese ur simply the best

I've been here countless times but the two previous visits weren't as good. This recent one hit it out the park for me. Loved it! I got the curried coconut fish and it was absolutely delicious.
I would love to be able to choose my fish like back in the days.

All our guests had an awesome experience. Whether the fish was brown stewed or fried, it was enjoyable. Our waiter was hospitable. The food was worth the wait of just under an hour. You are cautioned, the time of day matters as this is not your average in and out in 1hour. Try 2.5 hrs.

Love, love, love! Good food, descent portions, loved our server and the atmosphere is nice. Great experience. I will definitely go again!

The ambiance was great however getting the food took a lifetime. But the food was really good worth the wait the reason for the 5 star

Definitely recommend checking out. The food was exceptional. The speed at which it was cooked and served was for sure under 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for lunch and dinner. The view was exceptional as well. They are located beside the sea right at waterfront. Shout out to the staff for the cleanliness and presentation of the meals.

There is also an ice cream and pastry shop in the same building as well as Ribiz Ocean Lounge.

Great food but the ambiance of the place needs improvement the dishes are really inviting and mouthwatering
