The bakery here is my favorite. I have bought so many of your cakes and recently, Banana Cakes. We enjoy the tastes of every one of your Cherry Cheesecakes with Juicy tasting Glaze, Blueberries Cheesecakes, Red Velvet with Attractive Icing Frosting, Black Forest Cakes with Juicy Icing Frosting, Cherry Juicy Plain Cakes with Darling Icing Frosting. Kinda pricey but they are open late have lots of of healthy options, plus you can get your membership card and earn rewards. Lot of variety in food options but the bill can be steep

I must say I am always pleased with Hilo ligaunea branch my favorite place to shop. A big thank you to the merchandiser who found my phone and return it to the customer service desk. I was frustrated and believe me I was overwhelmed with the honesty.

Items were reasonably priced, wide product and brand variety, their own products that caters to the fast moving generation. Love HiLo for also teaming up with GK rewards for even more savings.

One of the best feelings are the entrance and exit. The clean automatic doors and how modern it looks is a refreshing site in the area. 🍍

good supermarket. great fruit and produce. Wine selection could be better, but it good enough. Good and polite staff. Easy parking compared to surrounding supermarkets and never crazy crowded as other supermarkets in area. decent isle space too. good lighting and clean. They have a popular juice bar also. Nice extra

Convenient location with ample parking. Staff very friendly and courteous. Well organized supermarket. When in doubt as to which supermarket will accommodate a last minute run close to the curfew, look no further - this location seems to avail for the last minute shopping. Customer service is well above the average.

Great supermarket chain....Carol in Cross Road is the best supervisor....understands customer relations.

Liguanea branch is great too....everything pleasant.

Security personnel seems to have the same customer service training as the actual staff.

Customer service great.... dont have to wait for a long period of time b4 someone come to assist, especially stephanie she always have a smile on her face. But overall fantastic bank to do business with 😍😍😍😍.

It can a bit full on month ends but the lines actually move fast. You can find most things you need for your kitchen and household. Comparatively though they are a bit expensive but you can use the GK Rewards benefit to self satisfy that view

Love their fresh salads and baked goods. Nicely priced. There is also a bar serving shakes and fresh juices. Wide selection of products. Prices not bad. Staff including the manager, Heather very friendly and helpful.

I love hilo. It's just a one stop shop. Ground produce,fruits, rotisserie chicken, soup, bakery, fresh juice bar. Meats freshly stock. Every thing is orderly and clean. No dust, no wet floors. Beautiful experience Every time. Helpful staff sanitizing trollies. Wide variety of goods. I love it.

They have a wide array of groceries items some which other supermarkets dont carry. Parking is sufficient but shared with other businesses in the plaza. Busy at this time

Convenient supermarket, has a smoothie stand inside and it's own entrance to first global bank. Not big on bulk sales and not widest variety but the staff is pleasant and it's quite clean. Rotisserie stand on point and salads and cakes for sale if you want to assemble your own lunch.

Great place I love the bakery you can feel tired and pick up something not to go home and cook and Thursdays are the day to get ground provisions especially when you have the GK card discount which make you smile when you see the bill and see the discount applied to your grocery and money go down that's my spot but beware of your surroundings when in liguanea.

My place this man. Every open, ever stocked, ever clean and just a great place to do your shopping. Affordable prices and their membership is a must have.

Great. The store has all the products to fill you pantry and more. Large variety of cleaning items, personal hygiene needs, frozen meats, pet foods and pet treats, etc. Helpful and caring staff. Open on Sundays.

Around 12 noon, it's not crowded which is good for social distancing. The lines are short as well but be vigilant when going into the aisles to avoid much traffic with people.

Hi Lo customers are treated with respect by the employees. The employees are fruendly , polite,helpful and knowledgeable. This is my experience for the two and a half years I have been shopping at the Liguanea and Barbican branches.
