A lot of groceries to choose from. Very clean and organized store front. Plant base groceries available surprisingly

Located in Sovereign Centre, this supermarket has a wide variety of grocery items. There is a bakery and an area which serves cooked food. Staff is great. All major credit cards and MAGNA card are accepted here.

Loved the options at the food court and the customer services was good.

Love Chef Champion Products!!!! Cooking out with the bbq sauce is excellent and they have one with wray n nephew rum. Very Flavorful

Everything you need and never thought you needed. Love it!
Customer service is amazing and helpful. The fresh produce area was impressive with its variety. Also their baking supplies has everything you could possibly need. Parking was ok.

This supermarket stocks a large variety of household commodities - food, toiletries, kitchen and catering items and personal items.
Their prices are reasonable.
Their while foods section is good and there is always fresh produce. The variety in food is great and carries almost everything you need for every cuisine.
They have a bakery that does fresh goods daily. They also have a deli for quick meals.
Their casheirs often work fast and the checkout time is not long even during peak hours.
The store is very spacious - large warehouse and wide isles.... hard to bump into another shopper with the big trolleys.

The only thing I dislike is how they organize the isles... I legit have to walk the entire store from end to end because they have a little bit of every category of goods disperse in the most chaotic way. For example, I walked through 3 different Isles of cleaning items just to find the air fresheners.

Otherwise, it's a good supermarket to shop at any time of day

Store has the usual open concept with a wide array of fruits, snacks, vegetables and other food items. Very well organized and displayed with an inside amemities such as a bakery.

Sovereign is still nice , just need painting

It is always a pleasure coming to the shop. The work and professionalism is always on point. I just hope that it never falters. Please ensure that everyone that comes through your doors to be trained acts the same way and obtains the same level of zeal and joy towards the work

After driving around for a bit, I eventually found parking and shopped in the supermarket, upon reaching my car on the other side of the property I realised I left a shopping bag at the bag counter... The young man that packed the bags told me not to worry he will go back and get it. I was hesitant as it isn't something I would normally do but I gave him the card and he literally sprinted to get it and come back...telling me to drive safely... I was so impressed. If I could give an extra star I would. And to add, I always enjoy my shopping experience in sovereign supermarket... they are consistent and offer a wide range of products that you cant necessarily find in the other supermarkets.

Friendly staff and lots of choices

Love the spacious layout. I now know where everything is placed. The prices are amongst the best. Very convenient with a wide range of requently used household items.

Well stocked on most things, clean and friendly. Also very conveniently located if you're in the Liguanea area. Availability of other stores in the mall (as well as a food court) makes it easy to get multiple things done in one run. Can get really busy during peak hours.

Sovereign is a super spacious supermarket with many offerings. It has the regular grocery, a small household section, a pastry counter with fresh baked strudels, bread and other items, a rotisserie and raw meats section. They offer more meats than they put out, so you can order over the counter what you want if you don't see it on display. They have a decent selection of wines - white, red and pink, dry and sweet, inexpensive and costly. They also have a hard-liquor shelf to the front. There is a ground produce section. Many of these items are fresh. Overall, the price of products here will be a little higher than your regular supermarket, but the space, comfort and customer service make it all worth it. I've never had a bad experience here but if you do there is customer service desk to deal with all those.

Can find what I want at reasonable prices and earn points for customer loyalty. Volume discount also applies.
