General Food Supermarket

Satisfactory but the machine was not registering my customer card, the card was issued at ocho rios outlet, I didn't know it was outlet specific, I only have 10K points so far, and this purchase was only 1K dollars, so no issue there. Great customer service as expected.

Great for sourcing grocery items you can't find elsewhere.

Great experience and customer service is pretty nice.

Compared to other supermarkets in terms of space it could be better. But what this place makes up for is variety.

I love the liquor aisle, gives my so much ideas of what I would want to do with my personal collection.

There is a wide variety of products, a cold and comfortable atmosphere for shopping and the prices are within the range for a lot of families.

It's faster the customer service is wonderful very friendly and welcoming keep up guys

Love shopping there because they have some products that gives you value for your money and they're extremely good and affordable. They're really allot bigger and stronger that all those other products and they're all color friendly

#1 Supermarket... prices, services and don't get me started on their food court, the best!

Love Chef Champion Products!!!! Cooking out with the bbq sauce is excellent and they have one with wray n nephew rum. Very Flavorful

Lots of variety to choose from. I really like their veggies and fruits selections which is why I go to this supermarket in the first place. Produce are always fresh, clean and well presented. Staff is always stocking shelves and are very helpful.

Parking is great for here as well. The only downside may be wheelchair accessibility for those who need it because of the narrow aisles.

General Food is a not a large supermarket so it can get to be a bit full at times. The pluses:
1. The supermarket is inside a shopping mall making it great for doing business at multiple places without having to drive around.
2. The prices are better than the three other supermarket in the same vicinity
3. The staff is always polite
4. The food variety is great for both local and international cuisine.
5. They have a rewards card

Downside
The aisles are not wide so it can get congested especially on the weekend.

Awesome supermarket with a wide variety of great items from food to household goods. It has items from various ethnic groups and countries that wouid be hard to find anywhere else. It's super stacked with items so no need to fear being unable to find what you want 😁 Prices are pretty affordable too.

Cool place but a bit old fashion with the mask policy. Like even when its not a mandatory, these people still asking for a mask to enter. Prices are very reasonable though.

Great variety. Spacious isles and the cashiers are very polite. I enjoy shopping there as you are very likely to get what you want. I am able to redeem points once enough is accumulated via their customer card.

Went there for a bottle of wine because they have a decent collection. I'm a regular when it comes to wine but the man they have in charge of the section was VERY helpful in picking out one of the best wines I've tried to date. I have to go back and thank him.

You can expect an easy, efficient and affordable shopping opportunity. The staff is diverse, young and energetic, yet experienced and patient. The cashiers are fast and cordial too. Be sure to get a membership card quickly and rack up those points! You'll be sure to have a rewarding shopping experience!

The overall atmosphere is good and neat. There are many international products and various people use this place.

The products are diverse, but I feel a little expensive. The parking lot is wide. So even though many people come, it is not crowded.

Not long after the store opened, everything was clean and fresh. Many foreigners also use here a lot.

Overall, it's good.
