Officially one of my favorite cafes in Kingston! Went there for breakfast and the food was on time and the customer service was exceptional which is very hard to find in the area. They also had comfortable seating and good wifi. Will definitely return. Overall Great staff great food great setting overall.

The place was very clean and the service was very quick. I ordered my food at 11:30am and by midday I was finished with my meal and my table cleared. There were social distancing protocols in place. This was not my first visit but it was first visit for breakfast and I was pleased. The breakfast was good and the workers were polite.

Very comfortable with a great atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and attentive...the coffee is great!! WiFi password is available upon request and the food is good.

I went to the Cannonball Cafe in the Loshusan Plaza one Saturday to eat breakfast; it’s been on my list of cafes to try out and I decided to make it happen. The staff there was very friendly and the overall presentation of the place made me feel like I was at home. I loved the warmth especially and the soft music in the background and buzzing of everyone doing there own thing (which was not disturbing) made the environment welcoming.
I had ordered a strawberry smoothie, pancakes and bacon and that alone was filling for me; I felt satisfied because I also ordered the granola and yogurt parfait and couldn’t finish it.
It was a great experience. If you’re looking for a quaint atmosphere where you can go and get some work done and eat a good breakfast, cannonball is the place to go.

Nice atmosphere, good customer service, a tasty experience

Breakfast was great. I must thank the staff for putting up with us. We had a toddler with us and he wanted to touch everything. He made a small mess and the staff was helpful in getting it cleaned up.

The ambience was lovely nice Christmas decoration was an enhancement.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the bathroom area. It was clean and tidy however the faucet was Sharkey.

Ice coffee at it's best also try the loaded salad its really filling.

I go there regularly and it's always top-tier service and food.

It was my first time today and as I stepped in, the atmosphere was soooo positive, peaceful and welcoming by the owner and her team 🙏
The food was EXCELLENT and the service was MAGNIFICENT, the young ladies were very respectful and cordial.
It was an awesome experience, I would recommend anybody who wants to get their headspace and away from the noisy world - CannOnball is the SOLUTION 💪

My getaway spot in the heart of the hustle and bustle. The ambiance is a real quiet chill vibe. I loved it there and everytime I go the staff is still warm and friendly.

Great food options for clean eating and lots of gluten-free choices! The location at Barbican Circle (next to Loshusan) is wonderful! Best service and the ladies were so helpful and genuine.

Great food and good service. Liked their approach to keeping our parties separate enough to feel safe.

Love the place and the food. They recently renovated and it looks more of a nice Cafe than before.

Delicious lunch and great coffee. Good cool out in hot summer days.

Good food. Good service. Nice quiet spot for a quick bite.
