The Haven @ Hillcrest

The food was delicious and most of all affordable. It was kinda off setting that the menu was so limited but it seems they have mastered the art because you get a hearty meal for less. The cocktails were also good; a great balance of everything to make perfection.
The ambience is beautiful - the lights do add to the cozy and warm feel of the outdoor setting as well as the fact that the seatings are well spaced (not crowded); everyone has their own privacy.
The customer service is good. Would recommend for intimate parties or dinners/functions; the friend’s party held there was very cozy and we were able to have our own space and fun without disturbing anyone else.

Still among the best chill spots in Kingston, the food is good, drinks are excellent, and the price yuh nuh haffi worry about it. The outdoor setting is much better than others and the music is not too loud.

Food was very awful. All the food we ordered came out cold amd not to mention the pasta was very awful and drowning in sauce..even the fries was cold

Server was new on the job but her smile and energy was everything. Drinks were a buzzzz (BEST FLAMING BOB MARLEY IN JAMAICA). Nice open area... being 420 friendly is a major plus.

A pretty good experience. The atmosphere was chilled and relaxing and the customer service was great! The food was just okay tho but the customer service made up for it.

It was great, watched the Super Bowl, the ambiance was very chilled and relaxing, love the whole nature vibe, Food was great, the beef sliders were too dry for me, needed some mayonnaise or something, other than that, everything was good, customer service was great, Big Up Theo!!!

Today was my very first time at The Haven after seeing them several times on Instagram. I was not disappointed 🙂 Pasta was great 👍. And then the service from Peaches was just lovely. She was very warm and welcoming. Thank you 🙂 I'll be back

Very chill vibe, with affordable food and drinks. Great outdoor space to meet up with friends or clients. Excellent events taking place all the time check their professionally curated Instagram for weekly updates.

Loved it! Great ambience, food and reasonably priced. Our server - Peaches - was so attentive and pleasant. Appetizer was cheese quesadillas and those were perfection! For entrees we had the escoveitched snapper with Bammy. Portion sizes were really good, food was tasty and we were stuffed! DJ was on point too!😁 Covid protocols properly observed.

So I read the reviews before going to The Haven and after going now I can agree with most of them as it relates to customer service- one of the best I've experienced in a while. And this is lacking even for some well known places that shall remain nameless.The food is excellent. The ambiance is cool- nice if you want to just have some "me" time, chill with friends or catch up with bae.

Always a good vybz , always perfect service ,best mixologist in town and the garden setting is remarkable. Loved it .
