My favourite supermarket 😍 💙 ♥. Reasonable prices and great place to buy fresh vegetables.

My favorite supermarket because they got a lot of the best and newest products/items I guarantee you won't find anywhere else. I would love if they hire or use more cashier because the lines are always full very quickly. There's enough cash register machine but not enough cashier to operate them. That's my only concern as time is of the essence for a man of my profession but I wouldn't trade Hilo for any other supermarket.

Hi value Lo prices. They live up to the name. Went there last weekend to shop for my home, found the prices to be much better to my regular supermarket. Saved some money will be visiting again really soon. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are ready and willing to help. Barbican here I come!

I am always pleased shopping at this location. Always well stocked, very diverse products, pleasant ambiance, helpful workers. Cashiers are pretty efficient too. Decent parking . Highly recommended.

Claiming points for loyalty cards is difficult and tedious method. Competitive supermarkets are much easier, that's why I don't shop there for big weekly shopping. Has a juice bar. nice addition.

The upgrades they have undertaken has really improved the shopping experience. This is now a one stop location for groceries, ground provisions, meats and freshly made smoothies! ☺ The staff is courteous knowledgeable and helpful! Plus they have a rewards program.

Fabulous staff, great customer service, excellent management and competitive prices. Its always a pleasure to be around persons that are pleasant, always willing to go above and beyond for customers, good team players that has their coworkers back. How could I forget to mention that they have specials on certain items for June, great pastries especially the cheesecake and food too such as potato salad, chicken pasta, chefs salad and many others. In need of a health shake thats there too. Hilo Food Stores is the best supermarket

Was there twice today..an error occurred with my credit card last Monday. .so went in to do the adjustments and there was this beautiful lady..think her name was Michelle Hibbert...she did the corrections. Went back later..made a few purchases and then this other person...no less lovely....seemed like a supervisor who helped pack my grocery. They were very professional and sweet. Hilo has moved high up in my ratings!

Effective and easy arrangement. Impressed with the service and how jovial and conversation worthy the staff was..at least the young lady who served me so well. ALSO impressed with the young gentleman from Uwi who was promoting donations for UWI students who were not able to afford food, so requested kindly for perishable food items. #GreatInitiative

The experience at Hi-Lo Food Supermarket was awesome 👍. A worker saw how confused I looked and he came to my assistance. He wasn't sure of what I wanted and sought advice from others.

Always on par, friendly and helpful staff. Checking out was not too much hassle as the store was not too crowded.

I love that the juice bar is there. Hi Lo prices are a little higher then the other supermarkets in liguanea. They are ok otherwise

Hilo is my favorite store to shop at the manor park branch.Very courteous staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. One time some of my bags were left there and sure enough they had them secured.
