I love the atmosphere. It consists of Chinese restaurants, Uncorked for after work drinks, Devon house ice cream, a dry cleaners, innovative superstore for tech and stationery supplies... a supermarket etc.

Has most things I need and at competitive prices

This hardware offers most of my plumbing supplies, they are reasonably priced and tend to offer satisfactory customer service.

This store actually surprised me, and it was in a good way. It's not your typical hardware store, they actually have a good variety of products from things for animals, to gardens, home ect. Their quality of products are also very good but of course you may have a problem with your item and that's fine just ensure you keep your receipt/s for either exchange or refund and you should be good. Staff is friendly and is knowledgeable about their inventory so feel free to ask. Parking is available and is safe. I had no problem with their prices buy you would have to go and see if these prices are ok with your budget.

Other than that I have no complaints or reservation about this store, thumbs up from me.

When I went there was plenty of parking available which often is not the case. I was able to locate the items that I was in need of relatively quick and the representatives were helpful when I asked them if they had a particular item.

The best thing to me about this visit was before going instant a WhatsApp message asking if they had a particular item. They responded quickly with a picture of the item and a price. And when I arrived at the store a few days later it was just as they had said. Top drawer service.

Needed a set of 24" wood clamps, all the other popular hardware had no idea what I was talking about, but they came through for me.

There is a wide range of everyday items at this store. They stock general and hard to find hardware items, fittings and finishes and a whole host of other things. You can generally find most anything here, even things you would not expect to see here. I love this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the things they sell. I especially appreciate the fact that you can get all your lumber cut to size right on location for all your DIY projects

Wide variety of tools and hardware supplies, fixtures etc. Items are reasonably priced and the staff is always willing to help. Would love if they had some galvanized fencing items but there are workarounds. They have kitchenware and other household products, car cleaning products and service items, oils etc.

You can call and request quotation, they respond very fast and unlike other places they answer their phones.

Shop here a couple times really a one stop shopping place for a variety of items

Knowledgeable staff always willing to make your shopping easier. Most hardware and plumbing basic items are always in stock. Adequate parking available except for extremely busy periods ( eg.treat of a storm).

They seem to have everything you would expect from a hardware plus more. There prices are reasonable when compared to other large hardware stores. The location is convenient for me. Parking is sometimes limited but people are always coming and going so it's never really a problem. They also load the goods for you as it's a part of their job description. Tips are frowned upon but I think sometimes its deserving. Whether you are renovating, fixing something electrical or doing some plumbing, you can find almost everything there.

This is one of the best resourced hardware's in Kingston, reasonably priced too. They stock many things I usually buy and have shipped in from Amazon so glad I can now save a bundle on shipping costs.

Super service. I had an issue with a Christmas tree that I bought there and I had to return it Friday night. Called and told them I was on my way but because of traffic I would not reach before they closed. I asked them to help me out and that I needed it that night. When I reached the security way aware and let me through then the were outside waiting with a replacement. All at 7:20pm. Great service, I love the effort.

There was adequate and secure parking on the days and at the times I've been there. Floor attendants were able to show me what I was looking for, but don't expect them to advise you on the purchase. Pricing was in line with other hardware stores. I've also found things that I never expected them to have as a local hardware. Check them out.
