I’ve encountered several providers in Jamaica and BBC Medical Services is by far ourstanding. I was able to get a same day appointment with an ENT specialist Dr Surace (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) She was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. The staff here is extremely friendly. The facility is clean. Happy to have found this place.

Awesome and professional services

A clean, well-kept medical facility with courteous and professional staff. My appointment was fulfilled in a reasonable time. Parking was adequate and available at the rear of the facility.

I go there now for Family Medicine and both doctors, Ricketts-Rooms and Lee Hamilton are good. Wait times are a little less than most medical practices, the waiting area is nicely appointed as are the examination rooms. Their systems are computerized so any medical test results are scanned in and the hard copy given to the patient. You can schedule an appointment online and they usually call the day before to see if you are still coming.

Place is clean, customer service was good

Friendly staff, Covid-19 protocols observed. Dr Smith was very professional, he took time out to have a conversation with my dad and that made my dad's day.

The staff was so rude. The front desk officer looked me up and down like a piece of rag when I explained that I could not leave my parents alone and so needed Dad to be able to sit while he waited on Mom.

They wanted me to have my eighty odd year old Dad stand on the side of the road while there were 5 empty seats in the waiting area because it’s policy, and further for Mom who is eighty four and can’t hear to go in by herself. Very very rude staff. Have never gone to a Doctors office and received this treatment before
