One of the best places in Venice

Venice is a touristic city, so it's not easy to choose a restaurant. Since we made a wrong decision for our lunch, our expectations were not very high.
So we just spontaneously came into this restaurant without search, and… the result was amazing!
Service : All the servers were energetic, had quick response. Thanks to the attitude, a better dining atmosphere was formed.
Food : It couldn't be more delicious. proper salty, open kitchen, Better than a Google rating of 4.7(true). I would like to re visit.

Amazing service from all the guys there. Loved the food so much that we had it for both lunch and dinner!

Bread served was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside - goes perfectly with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Potato and leek soup was 10/10!

Seafood spaghetti is a must! The sauce is the same as the sautéed mussels, which was amazing! 10/10 for both.

Carbonara was good too, but too heavy so 8/10.

Seabass with mixed vegetables was 9/10. Wished they salt it a little lesser. But the mixed vegetables underneath tasted way better than it looks!

Unfortunately the genovese ravioli was a miss for me, but still 6/10.

Hot chocolate was super apt for the weather and was the perfect consistency! 10/10
But it is a little steep at €8

We walked by this restaurant every night during our short trip in Venice and decided to give it a try on our last night and it did not disappoint!! All the staff are so nice and friendly, and the food was amazing. Would recommend and would come back in the future!

We arrived 10 mins early, explained we had a reservation at 9pm, they were very apologetic that table wasn’t ready and gave us a free glass of Prosecco each whilst we waited. The food was lovely and attentive service.

Very good food at a reasonable price. The pappardelle with the duck ragu especially surprised all of us. It reminded us of traditional indonesian style noodles. The pasta was cooked to perfect al dente and the service was very attentive. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

I’ve been all around Italy for almost two weeks and this was the best pasta I’ve had by far. I ordered the pappardelle (didn’t look amazing but was so so flavorful) and my partner ordered the carbonara (which was also so flavorful but not too heavy). Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic food, the staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating as we were a group of 10 who hadn't booked, but managed to squeeze us in.

We love the food so much, we went back twice in our short trip to Venice! Ordered the duck pasta and pesto ravioli on our first trip and they were amazing. The staff were really friendly and make sure we felt comfortable and were always happy to share with us more about Italy. The experience was so good that we went back the next day and the cuttlefish with squidink and cornmeal porridge i had was literally the best meal i had in Italy! Please please please try it!!

All in all, best place to go if you love good food and want to soak in the italian hospitality in a not so touristy place. :)

Best. Carbonara. We’ve. Ever. Had.

I’m not joking, this place is insane. From the food to the guys running the show, this place will make you question a lot of restaurants you’ve been to. The title says it all, and we’ve eaten a lot of carbonara all over Italy.

The Tiramisu was the chef’s kiss to end a fantastic meal.

It can be a little hard to find if you’re unfamiliar with the area but mark this one down as a MUST.

Wonderful service and delicious food in a great location away from the bigger crowds. Servers were friendly and attentive. They suggested a fantastic Prosecco to begin the meal, and each plate we ordered was excellent. They were also happy to help when we needed to charge our phone during our meal. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!

The best Italian fusion food in Venice. Food was great, the service was excellent. The waiter was so good to us and gave us free lemon alcohol shots at the end of the meal for a sweet farewell! :) Will return for sure.

We entrusted the Hostaria Sant'Aponal with the preparation of our wedding dinner. We are very pleased and highly recommend this place. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a meal here while in Venice. We had an appetizer of mussels in a tomato sauce and pasta dishes for our meals. The food and service were excellent.

It was the best Carbonana I ever tried! Sebastian was an amazing server. Had a very good experience.

Convenient location, safe place, nice view, most important food is great, recommend the rice thing. The staff are nice too. (Also it has a toilet)

Great place with a nice atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and funny and the food is amazing, we had the smoked ravioli and they were the best!

We stumbled on this place, and I’m so glad we did. I had the duck pasta and my partner had the pesto ravioli and we were both left more than satisfied.
Both dishes were really tasty we didn’t want them to end.
Nice place to people watch and has a nice vibe.

Waiter was extremely generous, made up place for 6 of us even though it was crowded. Lasagne and carbonara were astonishing. Would recommend.

AMAZING! The service is great and the food is too. Wonderful place to have dinner. Great wine. Didn't feel overly touristy. Waitstaff is hot. How can you go wrong.
