Foot Locker

We were visiting Venice today and my son looked for shoes here. He didn't get anything, but this employee was awesome! She photo bombed his picture and then we joked about it and she took a picture with him. Very friendly and funny! 😆

The staff was really helpful and lovely, 2 guys. They made me feel like a values costumer, but as I saw they treated everyone with respect and dignity. Thogh the shop itself is expensive, but its because they have unique sneakers.(I wanted to buy nike air max pluses but 180euros were a bit high for me)

This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I was frantically trying to exchange shoes I bought in Rome and I thought it was going to be hard, but the two employees made it such an easy process. They were also incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome.

I needed sneakers on short notice - don’t like to wear them and was a little stressed. I entered the Shop and Humberto offered his help - while I told him in a very direct way that I need sneakers, don’t want to spend money and don’t like any of them he patiently assisted me 🙈! He went to the back and came back with a pair of sneakers in my size for 20€! He made my day and seriously should get the star of the month - I never saw a patient person like that - thanks again Humberto ☺☺

personale molto gentile. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati molto bene , ci hanno aiutato molto in modo educato e gentile e lasciandoci anche vedere alcuni articoli da soli, non come altri negozi in cui il personale sta talmente tanto addosso senza farci respirare e guardare.
