Ristorante Florida Venezia

Discovered the restaurant when we stopped by their oyster stall. Experience was good along with the view of the grand canal. Yes, they charge a service fee but I believe it’s fair given the location and table setting when you decide to have lunch/dinner.

Staff were kind and friendly. Would recommend to try it out!

We enjoyed our lunch at Ristorante Florida in Venice. Our table is next to the Grand Canal. We have excellent views, great food and drinks, and exceptional service.

Our waiter was funny, talkative and gave good drinks and dish recommendations. Everything he recommended was excellent. We have a really enjoyable lunch.

This was a fun experience dining on the water literally in Venice. Water was coming in under the rows of tables closest to the water. We wisely choose not sit that close some did and got wet feet. You can see in the pics. My wife got spinach ravioli I got the lasagna both excellent. It was a cool day but they made it cozy with heaters that we sat under.

Restaurante Florida Venezia is a hidden gem in the heart of Venice. Located just off the Grand Canal, this restaurant offers stunning views of the Rialto Bridge and the surrounding cityscape. But the views are just the beginning. The food at Ristorante Florida Venezia is simply outstanding.

The menu features a wide variety of traditional Italian dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients.
Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Ristorante Florida Venezia. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the views were stunning. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Venice.

9th September 2023 - A later than usual dinner tonight and very thankful for the late opening of this restaurant. The food was fresh and light and tasty. This was another restaurant nearby the canal with views of the Rialto Bridge. The service was friendly and we enjoyed our meal here.

Coming to Venice I've realized seafood is the way to go! I personally wouldn't get the pizza, especially coming from NJ :) I'm sure a different region in Italy has great pizza , but stick with seafood if you can!

I ordered the grilled shrimp, it was perfectly cook!! It also came with a side of homemade tartar sauce, that was delicious! ( a little sweet )

I also ordered the mushroom truffle risotto ( to share with my partner) was absolutely divine!! I suggest totally giving it a try especially if you don't eat seafood the truffle wasn't overwhelming at all.

My partner ordered the salmon, it was cooked perfectly that it came off in senctions. Also came with a side of tartar sauce

I just stopped off to have one drink for the atmosphere. It was front row at the Rioalto bridge. Great location. It was a little bit pricey but I guess that’s the price for the location. I ended up paying €10 for a spritzer.

We went there for desserts and we had tiramisu. It was good but not wow, however the service was good. My sister accidentally knocked her drink off and they came quickly change the table cloth and brought her a new drink. Very nice of them. We had a good time. Also lovely view

amazing dinner experience, super great location! our waiter RJ is really nice and kind! the spaghetti was amazing, very well cooked and had a really strong seafood taste that I really love! the mussel was also really tasty! the view of the restaurant is super nice! really recommend for a couple to have a romantic dinner here!

We ate at this location twice during our stay in Venice. The food was amazing! We had the mixed meat grill and mixed fish grill. Both were awesome! The fish soup is amazing! And to top it off - they gave us free Prosecco and a thank you gift both nights for coming in. The restaurant is right around the corner from the Rialto bridge and has a gorgeous patio on the Grand Canal. The staff were very pleasant as well. Grazie Ristorante Florida!!!

The service, the food, the view, and the whole atmosphere were just great!

Omg this was probably the best waffle I have ever had! I love love love the waffle! I wish I could’ve finished my plate but it was just too much to eat!

Wow amazing experience sitting at the tables on the grande canal. Friendly staff and great service. It was happy hour around 5pm with the cocktails so that was lucky. I had beautiful salmon to eat , it was great. Check out my photos. Would highly recommend if in Venice, great location to sit and watch the gondolas go by. ❤

We sat outside in low temperatures, but due to the heat lamps and blankets provided, customers were kept warm. An amazing view of the canal whilst eating dinner and staff very helpful and accomodating! Lovely guys!

Sat on the water near the Ponte Vecchio Bridge on a cold night, but there were heaters everywhere! Very friendly menu for English. The ravioli was amazing as was the pizza. Enjoyed nice wine and nice romantic night.

Great restaurant. They have a tourist menu which is €16 and includes bread, water, a pasta dish and a main course. All tasted great.
They even do happy hours where cocktails are €4.
It's right on the water front, just beside the Rialto and you also get free pasta to take home. A lovely touch!

Tried the spaghetti cacio pepe it was delicious really worth it

So today we came to the restaurant next to the river. They offer us touristic menu. we order the pizza and the touristic menu (spaghetti, calamari and french fries). The service is really good (especially Monica and the tall guy) and the price is same (there’s no service charge).

it’s very recommended and the taste for us (asian) is also good. And at the end, they also give us this hospitality!

Superb experience here! The server (Nuy) was so nice and friendly. She gave us recommendations for places to visit in Venice. On top of that, the food is delightful, would definitely come back when in Venice!

Beautiful view, nice wine and tasty food. Service was very good too! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed in their restaurant. We definitely had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you!
