Such a positive experience with the advisor on the counter. Offered an upgrade (always expect up sales) which i declined happy with the choice made online. I said to the advisor ‘I’d take an automatic over manual’ if that’s not classed as an upgrade and was surprised when it was given. The car was nearly new, had a few light bumps but otherwise was immaculate. Return of the vehicle again was super smooth. I was on the road less than 20mins from bag collection at the terminal and return took no more than 10mins. Would definitely use again.

There are some bad reviews around, but my experience was completely different. I've booked the cheapest car on Expedia (80 euros for a 3-day weekend, including additional insurance) and the service was excellent. The deposit on my credit card was only 90 euros and it was reversed by Wednesday. The car was impeccable, a little Fiat 500 hybrid, with 6 (six) kilometres on the odometer. Collection and drop-off didn't take more than a few minutes and everything went smooth (as it should be). Maybe I was lucky, but I will definitely use them again. Grazie!

Easy drop-off procedure, no stress and the staff member who met us was friendly and helpful. The terms and conditions were clear and reasonable. I would have liked if pick-up was a bit faster - we had to wait about half an hour altogether due to only one person being on staff at the desk.

I would definitely recommend Maggiıore rental car company in Italy . Number 1 and 5 star company. Their cars are new and same with the other top companies. Carplay was available in the car. The reception and pickup staff are very helpful. Thank you

Situato nella aeroporto Marco Polo, al terzo piano, ho trovato personale molto cortese , sia in ufficio che poi alla consegna, il prezzo per 24 ore a km illumitato, mi sembra buono, essendo prima volta che noleggiavo .

В августе 2018г брал машину на прокат в аэропорту Марко Поло. понравилось всё и быстрая выдача, и сама машина и оперативный возврат. Замечаний и нареканий нет. Огромное спасибо сотруднику, который на русском языке нам помог объясняться в офисе.
