I was charged €3.90 for a foldable shopping bag which I specifically state that I did not want.

It does not seems like a honest mistake on the cashier part, based on the other reviews, it seems to be their standard operating method to cheat every customers.

I’ve also tried to email them but there was no response. I will post my receipt here and you can see the time stamp, and the €3.90 stupid bag.

Con artists at the tills “for 3.90 which colour bag would you like” trying to make out that I HAD to buy one of the bright coloured bags. I asked if I could just have a normal bag and she was so rude to me, charges me 90cents for the honour. Absolutely shocking customer service!! AVOID

The working time Is awful. If you have flight before 4:30 you cannot buy anything and it seems that they doesn't care about it!!!

These guys are con artists.

Charge for a bag because “it has to be sealed”. Even though the cigarettes are sticking out the top. Guess what? I’ve travelled in many EU countries none with this ridiculous rule. And if there is a rule on it, all the contents normally have to fit within the fully sealed bag. Here’s an idea, stick the seal sticker on the cigarettes? 40cents for a tiny paper bag….

Next up is how they tried to con me on the credit card fees. They recommended I pay in GBP, I told them no, I want to pay in EUR, they then tried to tell me how it’ll cost me more for the fees at the end of the month statement. Again, another con and a lie.

Basically trying to con people in to spending more in their store or screwing you on the conversion rate. Disgusting behaviour and practice.

Just stay away. They force you to buy a bag even if you just want a chocolate... most people throw them into trash after pay. Doesn't make any sense and it's probably ilegal.

I bought a big bottle of Spritz & Two Bottles of Balsamic Vinegar on this duty free. the (man) cashier place three bottle on a large size flimsy paper bag and two small white tapes with label (sealed). I went to my airport in Canada and they confiscate the three bottles saying it should have been sealed in a plastic bag. The cashier was at fault obviously & he even refused to give me another type of bag when I protested that the paper bag was way too big and that the bottle might tear off the bottom part. So there you go, my loss due to cashier fault. I don't recommend that place.

BEWARE!!! AVOIDE.
I took Hulk toy figure which was mistakenly tagged next to 15,90 euro. They billed me 30 euro which is generally market price only. Refuse to return and refund. Pathetic shop and staff.
