Wonderful family owned business. Small Italian family runs it and for being by the ocean in Iceland, it makes you feel like you’re in Italy. We wondered about the size of the pizza but it is actually displayed on the menu itself. Very convenient. Pizza was delicious. A thin crust pizza with nice crunch and great flavors. We got 3 pizzas for four people and it was the perfect amount. Wonderful view as well. Would recommend.

Top pizzeria, their passion for top quality pizza and a homely service is evident. The pizza crust is fantastic, their toppings complement one another and the staff are accommodating. No draft beer but plenty of alternative options. Dessert is recommended if you have room!

We were tired of Icelandic food and burgers so gave this a try and it was one of the best meals we had in Iceland. A Colombian family runs the restaurant and the pizza was thin crust from the fire. Highly recommend their seafood pizza and definitely try the garlic and spicy oils!

So, this was one of the strangest pizzas I have had in the world. It was not bad. Don't get me wrong. It was just strange, so strange that I think I will definitely have to go there again. It is really hard to explain what was so strange (for me at least) so I urge you, dear reader, to stop there and try it yourself. I had a pizza that was not on the menu, double pepperoni with bacon slices, the bread is very thin, which is always a plus in my mind and the rest just tasted strange, maybe has something to do with their sauce, I just don't know. Stop here and find out for yourself 😀

Cozy pizza place with a genuine wood-fired oven. The thin-crust pizzas were amazing and not too heavy. Great beer and wine selection to complement the pizzas. No salads though which was surprising. Very friendly owners and staff.

The pizza and garlic bread were both excellent. Thin crust wood-fired pizza at its best.
The service was fast and hospitality good.
Vegan cheese is not available but they make pizza without cheese

Stopped here for dinner one night for a change from hotel dining. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Shared a pizza between the two of us as well as cheesy breadsticks. Loved both and had enough left over to take back to the hotel with us. Highly recommend!

Sparkly clean and inviting pizzeria with an emphasis on thin crust pizzas baked in a wood burning oven. They chop their own wood. Lots of topping choices, including lobster. Everything great, though the pizzas would be less dry if they spread more sauce onto the crust. The pineapples lacked flavor. A very enjoyable meal served by a very caring staff.

You might think that a pizzeria in Iceland run by Colombians wouldn't be up to standard. Never judge a book by its cover. The food here is really good and the hospitality was top. I highly recommend this place.

Even they were about to close, I was able to have their delicious freshly made pizza and local beer. Restaurant is located just next to the view point and has a really nice views. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Place is open until 9pm but they let me stay a little longer. Pizza dough was crunchy and fresh, same as all the ingredients. They have traditional pizza oven there. La Colina offers side dishes and dessert, selection of beverages, small dishes for sharing, different kinds of pizza and even space to sit outside. Restaurant is tidy and clean, looks nice from inside and is very interesting on the outside as roof is covered with grass. Even if Borgarnes isn't your final destination in Iceland, it's worth passing by and giving them a visit. Olive oil with garlic instead of ketchup makes you feel like you are in a proper pizza place. Recommended.

I would consider myself a pizza conniseur as I have opted for pizza for about 20% of my meals and thought about how much better the other 80% would be if they were pizza. This here is some bomb pizza, highly recommend it with an ice cold Coca-Cola.
