I visited the NYX cosmetics department. There was a girl with the best customer service I have ever seen in the whole mall so far!
Professional, friendly, motivated to help and be actually there for the customers. I was also impressed of the excellent knowledge she had on the products. She approached me and offered to help me. I have not seen that before.
I checked on her a little bit after my purchase, and I saw clearly that this girl had the passion to assist other customers as well! She makes the difference over there!
I asked her what her name was because I really wanted to write a review for her. So, Hafrún is her name.

It's fun to shop at a foreign grocery store. I even found Dr. Pepper there, which is what I mainly drink at home. It tasted different. We stocked up on some drinks for the few days we were there. We really like the Icelandic soda Appelsin. We brought some home to the family.

Arrived in Reykjavik yesterday and went to Kinlan shopping centre to pick up essentials today. I was in Hagkaup and was a little lost. The girl at the till was so helpful. I should have asked her name so I could mention her here, she was at the till at about 13.45 to 14.00 and was a complete star.

Automatic pineapple slicing machine is mankind,s greatest achievement and can be seen and used in store here.. love it!!
