This park was built in 1963-64 and even though it's old, it is easily one of the very best parks of Tehran. The atmosphere and the cleanness of the air there is something special. Must see place if you are traveling to Tehran for the first time or if you want to have a nice walk with someone special to you.

Very peaceful and nice ambient. There is a playground for children. Some table tennis. And some other sports complex. The restroom is a little bit dirty.

Quiet and pleasant .The weather temperature is nice for walking in this time of the year;not too hot not cold.Enjoy the green area .

Niavaran park, its a public park in north of Tehran at Niavaran district and its situated at south of the Niavaran Palace Complex.
This park is built by latest Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Shah.
Its a beautiful park full of trees. The weather there is colder than rest of city. This park has a beautiful fountain and there is a playground for children. It can get very crowded most of times.

Amazing experience. If you ever came to Tehran give the palace a visit.

Very nice park. Calm and relaxed with peaceful atmosphere. There is lots of kids here and several playgrounds. Adults can play ping-pong and badminton. Since this park is located in the North of Tehran, the air is more clean and fresh, less polluted.

Niavaran park is located just south of Bahonar sq. in the heart of Niavaran neighborhood. It was always one of the busiest and moat crowded parks in the north of Tehran. During spring and summer you can always see the people who come to the park to exercise and jog during day and people who come to have a picnic at nights.

Over the last few years, they have added new sections and attractions to the park and made it the top choice for people who wants to enjoy the fresh air and alittle bit of nature.

Since this place does not have parking lot, most of the people park their cars by the street which makes it super crowded and usually with heavy traffic jam. However, most of the locals walk to this place and usually don't drive their cars.

I recommend a half day off

This park is awesome and alive. Man people run and jog here so much, makes you feel lazy . Early in the morning or late at night people are around its main pool exercising. If you live close by, put your sport shoes on and join the crowd

Niavaran Park is a public park in north Tehran at Shahid Bahonar Street. It is located within the Niavaran district and is situated immediately south of the Niavaran Palace Complex. The park was established in 1969 by the order of the Late Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The area of Niavaran Park is 62,000 square meters. The park's extensive fountains take up 3320 square meters, and green space includes 8000 square meters of flowers, 20,000 square meters of lawn.

The area of this park is about 62,000 square meters. It was built in 1348 by Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and was designed by architect Sardar Afkhami. The park has multiple mansions and stairs, which its special characteristics. Another feature of this park is the large waterfall with an area of nearly 3320 square meters. One of the oldest plantain trees in Tehran is the 150-year-old, 20-meter high in the park. The lake where fish and ducks and turtles live, is another of the beauty of this park. This beautiful park with its peaceful surroundings is a perfect place for relaxation, study and moments away from the busy city.

It's very big park on the downtown of Tehran. It has nice view with alot of trees. Also It is near the Niavaran Palace. You can visit there and enjoy it. Niavaran cultural center is on the opposite of the park.

Memories.. walked there at midnight to 2:00AM with my father. Still kid’s playing there

It's a nice place, space for younger kids to play, adults to train, and play ping-pong with your own rachets. It has different sport clubs as well

This park has a large space and a wonderful green space. Perfect for walking and playing and an afternoon picnic.
