What a amazing experience!

Thanks to all these curious and friendly iranian people who watched with us, a german and a french, this great football game. We always felt save and this stadium was just awesome to see.

Would come back 10/10, I don't care about the facilities, the atmosphere, the fans, the football passion! That's what I'm talking about! it's a whole package of exciting football evening

I was there for Semi-final second leg (which Persepolis won 😆❤) now thanks to our AFC finalist the stadium is being renovated

Azadi is one of the largest stadium in world , official capacity is 78.000 people, But Iranian can remember when this stadium used by more than 120.000 people...

Finally if you dont pay, you cant use energy 😂😂

I went there on December 5, 2019 for second time, It was amazing, happy, exciting. I liked it so much, it's fun.

Great historical football stadium. It is old but steel memorable.

It is located in West of tehran and has all sporting activities and big size stadium ,football stadium is very famous with almost 100,000 seats .
There is a lake for water sports ,in summer water ski is a unique experience you can enjoy.
We went to see the derby football game , parking and getting inside the stadium was a Hassel but once security allowed we could manage to park in the parking area which is far from stadium.
The atmosphere is great and so much energy inside stadium
Other than football ,basketball tennis ,olympic size swimming pool are grate to enjoy

Of one the best stadiums in the Asia, especially when hosting Persepolis fc soccer matches, this stadium has it's unique atmosphere.

When you enter the stadium for derby match you feel like have entered to coliseum

Wonderfull place for practising and competing.the grass and sitting area was more relaxing the trees near the area are great site . The different parts of the places were so enormous as one could forget his route as i forgot and found after couple of hours rather than that all the site were clean and photogenic

Nice stadium, huge in size and terrifying atmosphere for any adversary. A beautiful artificial lake open to public is located at one of the exists (West exit perhaps??) Go carting is within the facilities as well. Olympic Hotel can be reserved for anyone interested to stay nearby, where you can almost certainly expect sightings of some national and international athletics.

Azadi will be a familiar word for most of the South Asian countries. It means FREEDOM. Travelling to Iran, living at the Azadi Sports Complex area, in Tehran Province, one will sure be delighted to learn the Iranian history, the conflict with Iraq at the border, the latest one!!!

Awesome,.! It can be extra ordinary experience for every person to see 100000 person and even more! the footballs fan in one big artistic architecture stadium that have a historically story. Azadi sports complex was a big project that constructed on pahlavies kingdom befor the 1979 regime change in iran. It was the symbol of modernity and financial and social progress in the middle east zone...

Dream theater of the Middle East and a kill zone for every Asian teams. It is a 360 hectares sport complex including a 80000 seats football pitch, a velodrome, multipurpose sports hall, aquatic center, shooting hall, and a spectacular lake for canoeing.

I had my first experience of a football pitch or bettet say stadium when I was at third grade of middle school. back then I was part of my schools football team And I had to praftice as hard as I could for the games we saw ahead of us in a month. One day It was Irans match for 2014 brazil world cup qualifications against bahrain and I had a serious practice session too. though it was so hard for me to leave the practice session but I took the risk and went for my first experience as an audience of football and believe it or not it was totally worth it. it was like you could feel the tension in the game from that sit you were sitting on it. I recomond to all of you to see at least one game in that brelliant stadium
