Book Garden Cineplex

It's a wonderful new place to work, have fun and many other kinds of activities. The parking lot still needs improvement. It provides the visitors with a lot of sitting areas with lots of electricity outlets, free wifi and LAN.

A great place with a lovely bookstore, the largest in Tehran, cafes, quality movie theaters, and fantastic edutainment for kids. There's plenty of parking spaces but it can really get crowded on weekends and peak hours; so you may need to take a rather long walk after parking your car. You can enjoy the walk in nice weather, though.

Big book shop, many cinemas and cafes. Awesome place to spend hours in. Also provides desks with access to power cable so you can take your laptop with you.

The best place for book lover and students.

One of the best places to get work done. The work stations are great and efficient, and the garden area is great for a break and a walk.

Different types of games for kids and juniors, lots of playgrounds, many diverse books,stationery and handicrafts,coffeeshops and foodcourts and a lovely yard and lake for walking by.The best choice for families with kids to have fun.

It's really good! More than 10 salon and all of them are new and nicely decorated. Seats are comfortable and despite other cinemas you have not challenge with the seat front of you!
You can buy ticket online. Also you can find many kind of junk foods, snake , chips and ... to have with yourself.
There are some rest rooms which are not so clean but also not so bad!

One of the best places in Tehran where you can work and study in a suitable atmosphere. Of course, I do not recommend the end of the week

Big cinema complex, book store, art gallery, cafe, huge free parking space but very busy, a little confusing when u want to exit the parking lot,good experience overall

The garden is nice place to visit and walk during spring, however don't miss visiting the complex in any season if you are travelling to Tehran. The statuses would bring so many memories back

Very clean and new. The opening was just 2 month ago. It has 10 halls with a range of numbers in seating. Showing different programs including cartoons, drama, comedy movies or even the concerts.
From time to time some actors and directors come to watch their movie with the spectators.
Besides having great part to make a big day, there's the prettiest book garden, for adults and kids that is possible for people to buy books and sit or lie on the sofas put there. and also a scientific garden for kids and young adults which is more interesting for their parents!! ☺

Such a lovely place!
Lots of bookstores and cinema halls and cofee shops. A totaly cultural place to gather especially for kids.
Everything's fine but accessing is somehow hard, but not very much... Best way is via subway and you have like 8-10 minutes to walk from nearest station (Hemmat or Haghani station)

This complex has 10 Cinema halls, good quality. Some of them are very small. You'll probably have to walk a lot because of parking lot issue

Great place to have relax time

Maybe the best, but definitely the largest, artistic and scientific complex in Tehran. Has a cineplex, art gallery, stationary store, book store and more.
