One of the worst travel agencies in Tehran. I really do not recommend it to any one specially for Iraq visa services.
According to my opinion the very first ability of a travel agency must be the capability of their staff to communicate to their international customers. so the first requirement, Fail ! I do not want to go further and divide the communication into different languages ! cause when an agency talks about a particular country it has to be able to provide staff who know at least how to speak that country's language(IRAQ) !
Communication Fail ! Guidance on different airlines requirement of traveling Fail ! Guidance on destination Fail!
That's my experience !

The worst travel agency i have visited in my life!!! no body speaks proper English, staff are not willing to help, it was a chaos to purchase ticket. i think it's kind of refuges center !!! afterward we found out they wanted to overcharge us for a one way flight , other travel agencies offered waaay more cheaper price for same flight, same route, same date, same time!!!!!!.
