One of the best meals you'll ever have in your lifetime. The lamb neck is my favorite and in my opinions their best. but their chicken tahchin is their signature. Wait times can be long but food is served instantly. This place is unmatched. If you have time for one meal in Tehran make sure you hit this spot. Can't recommend this place enough.

Very nostalgic and high quality food. Of course it is super crowded but u cannot go to Grand Bazaar and don’t go to Moslem. It is amazingly delicious.
Highly recommended.

"Moslem" is one of the best restaurants in Tehran Bazar. The amount of food is very large and it is difficult for one person to eat one meal. The "Kabab Koubideh" is excellent, it has a good taste and is soft. The "Jojeh Kabab ba Ostekhan" was also delicious. Its best dish is "Techine Morgh".

I didn't eat inside the restaurant, but picked up the food, and ate on the street like the Iranian local people. Interesting experience!
Their Ash Reshteh (noodle soup) tasted so good, and it was only 300,000 Rial (ca. 1,20 €).

A very good choice if you're in the area. Centrally located with delicious local food. The service is extremely fast, they have got an English menu and you can enjoy your meal overlooking the busy street beneath if you sit by the window.

I recently dined at Moslem Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Tahchin with chicken and the Cherry rice, and I was impressed with the generous portions and reasonable prices. The food was not only fresh but also delicious, satisfying my cravings perfectly. Overall, Moslem Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with its generous portions, reasonable prices, and tasty, fresh food.

I ate here three or four times. When I eat good food, I don't pay attention to the crowd around me anymore. I ordered chicken tae chin, so to speak, we ate tae chin until we grunted. We went to the market with my cousin. I thought we could eat tae chin easily. , but we read blindly, even though one spoonful was full and we took a spoonful, but the rice seemed to be eternal and could not be reduced or deducted from the rice dish, because the rice was blessed and it was not eaten like some restaurants, it is well known. God will give you all this nation one day. It's funny that when I wanted to get up from the table at the Muslim restaurant after eating, my face was covered in sweat, I was intoxicated by that food and its aroma, it's natural. My stomach had never eaten such a delicious heavenly food. I am going to describe the details of my first order at Moslem restaurant. It is not an exaggeration to say how many times I have tasted the heavenly food. It is truly a mercy to the owner's parents that with this High quality, food in this volume and daily to tired and hungry people who turn the whole market upside down for livelihood, providing service, the crowdedness of the restaurant is not only receiving orders from the business, the market and the outskirts of the market, people from all over Iran daily Between going to the bazaar and heavy shopping, why do I say heavy because 15th of Khordad is the Iranian bazaar, I have eaten many times in the market of Tehran, among the people, I love crowded places and crowds, I am happy to see the high spirit of life and I get energy from shopping I enjoy it, you might say it's crazy, when I see groups of people in the market talking about their purchases, and there is a lot of noise in the whole market, I feel happy. I think it's really beautiful, it's calm and I don't plan to go again during Eid, I'll go shopping in nostalgic Tehran! And I would like to eat a handful of kebabs at the Muslim Del Sir restaurant in the 15th of Khordad market in Techin, by the way, I would like to sincerely thank you for reading my text so far 🙏🏻

When I told people that I tried Tahchin with chicken at Shamshiri restaurant, with no hesitation every single one told me that I have to try it at Moslem restaurant at, so since not being sure when willbe the next time I would be in Tehran, decided to give it a shot. Here is a heads up, the line up could be very long but they know what they're doing, there are couple of buildings with multi floors and neomorous rooms for people to sit and eat their food. Tahchin was awesome, delicious and tasty, I couldn't eat more than half of it. It really is too much on a single plate (believe me I can eat a lot on one sitting). Chicken was cooked the best way, it was tender and delicious. One note to anyone who goes there, if you could, tip the servers and specially the old ladys who are cleaning up the dishes, they really work hard.

This place is so famous for being very good that I thought of not writing a review :)
Moslem is one of the oldest best Iranian restaurants. There is a saying in Iran; good restaurant of a city is located in the bazar of that city. So here we go. The food is truly amazing, I love Tahchin and Baghali-polo. The staff is very nice and friendly, the prices in comparison to its quality and portion, I would say is rather cheap. The only thing I don’t like here that is overcrowded which shouldn’t be surprising, since the food is tasty.

A canten style seating serving restaurant. No frill where you eat and go. I order the tachin chicken which was very very delicous but the portion is super huge. If you coming with two people is best you order only one dish. I also appreciate the staff where they work efficiently in guiding you to your seat because the place is really small and a bit chaotic. The queue usually is very long but move really fast and in no time you are enjoying the tachin.

Great place to visit. We went there as the hostel manager of the place we were staying at told us to go and try some dishes. The place was packed and the queue was long, but it run quickly and we got to the inside of the restaurant in no time. The place is a real Iranian place, so don't expect things as they normally are in the western world: this is a true Iranian experience. We tried the dish shown in the picture and it was to die for. Ask for the side yoghurt and the dill sauce (kind of a zatziki) and some doogh, a savory milk-yoghurt drink that suits the menu perfectly right. Even though most of the employees can't speak English you will manage to feel comfortable, as they are kind and willing to help. Great choice!

one of the most famous restaurants in central Tehran servicing the grand Bazar area. it is famous for its chicken tahchin but arguably all the items on the menu are worthy of trying. it is super crowded and there are always long lines but the wait is relatively short as they have added ample space. overall it is recommended for its great food, large portions and medium pricing. besides it is just steps away from top tourists attraction, the Golestan Palace

This is absolutely my favorite place! They added two more saloon, they’re serving pretty fast and the food was great! You can also have fun with your friends and family by visiting Tehran’s Bazaar!

There was a big line up, but the service was super fast. We all had “Tah-chin with lamb neck”. Food was amazing (rice was somewhat oily though). Portions are HUGE easily enough for 2.

Huge portions. Delicious Tachin with tender chicken. A bit crowded. 1,63 million rials for chicken Tachin and a soda in June 2022.

The best restaurant I've been to in Iran, their Tahchin is amazing. It's expensive compared to other places, but definitely worth it.
