Runners' review:
The running track offers an excellent experience for runners, with two different options to choose from. The first option is a flat one-kilometre road, which is perfect for those who prefer a more comfortable and smooth running experience. The second option is a longer 6-kilometre road that offers uphills and downhills, making it an excellent choice for runners who want to challenge themselves and enjoy the scenic beauty of the park. The 6-kilometer road is long enough to provide variety and a good workout while still being manageable for most runners. Overall, the park offers a great running experience that caters to runners of all levels—road around the whole park.

A perfect place for running in the middle of Tehran. The full ring is about 5 k, it has some elevation

Very big park. The trees are shaped in round, which is a special senery here.

This is well known for the birds show. The area of the park is very good. The park is maintained well. The whole place is neat and tidy. The park is quiet and calm.

Unfortunately there is no place for renting a bike.

Very beautiful Park for athletes. You can cycling, run and workout as a professional. There are a lot of blackberry and berries tree and you can go there with your dog for walking.

Pardisan Park is located in the northwestern part of Tehran, because of its proximity to the Milad Tower. Watching kites in the sky is one of the scenes you will encounter on weekends, and it's interesting that each year the kites festival will be held there. Pardisan Park has a variety of attractions including Small gardens including native (birds and reptiles) and captive animals include three groups of carnivores, grasshoppers and birds. The Biodiversity Museum is a collection of animals and insects that are taxidermy and sometimes live.

This place has some wonderful aspects for everybody interested in nature, hiking, walking, running, cycling or just picnic.

I like this park a lot. It’s a type of preserved and natural park I guess. It has a very nice view of Milad tower. Every weekend families and experts gather on the north side to compete with kites. It creates an amazing view. The part has two walking paths. There are lots of places for sitting and picnic. I find it a very relaxing place, safe and good for family time or some alone moments.

you can see and feel real nature in large natural park with all animals and insects living on it in different trees and green hills, you see dogs 🐶 with their children and charming cats 🙀 and jackals, 😃👌 you see many people with their poppies and they all enjoy playing games with each other, you can walk 🏃 run and ride bikes, 😂 😂 😂 enjoy your time here with lots of fun 😂 😂 😂

It's a good park to do some exercises such as running, cycling, volleyball, and so on.
Moreover, this park can be a wonderful place for you if you'd like to go walking with your dog.

The first and biggest conserved park in western Tehran where you can go jogging, play badminton, fly kites, bike, have picnics with friends and family and above all enjoy the nature and even some preserved animals. You can also visit its wild life museum which is recommended for its taxidermic animals. Be early on weekends since it gets too crownded.

Pardisan Park is one of the most famous parks in north west of Tehran .
It has access from several highways around Pardisan Park. it is widely welcomed to use the park and people in most of the week, especially holidays.
The type of forest park design is designed and implemented with the priority of rebuilding the natural landscapes of Iran and the world, in order to familiarize the various classes of society with vegetation diversity of various domestic and foreign climates and ecological relations between the constructive elements of ecosystems.

It also include the Museum of Biodiversity, the Water Museum and the Zoo. The existence of a biodiversity museum with a variety of animals and insecticides, is another attraction of the park. Also The park offers significant research on zoology, botanical, biological wildlife, wildlife behavior, and has well-equipped laboratories, with its Environmental Research Center.

The Iranian Environmental Protection Agency is located in the southern part of the park.

This park is one the best places in Tehran for walking and sports training such as running, cycling, aerobic, skyruning and ..., with a free and funny bodybuilding gym in outdoor that dumbbells and barbells made with metal buckets and cement. You can find two parkings in north (Hemmat highway) and south (Hakim highway)
