I choose this gym over Tehran gym about 8 years ago. And this was one of the best decisions I made. Usually the cost per session is about USD$20 which makes it one of the most expensive gyms in Iran. It has a fitness area + spa including massage, sunna and jacuzzi and pool all on the 6th floor of the shopping centre.

The Staff are so polite and kind, the gym is so good, you might not find some specific machine but you can find something which do the same thing.the pool is not so big but it's okay ,also you can do work out in pool , there is a cafe which is okay not bad. Remember that you have to take a card from the staff at the end which reduce the parking payment :)

This is the best gym in Tehran and they have all instruments for fitness and functional training. They have Vip and Vvip service. Rehab pool and sauna and jacuzzi and Turkish bath.

I can honestly tell it’s the best gym in Tehran

بهترین و تمیزترین و‌کاملترین کلوپ ورزشی که در تهران وجود داره و حتی با تجربه ای که من در فرانسه دارم بعد از بیشتر از ۴۰ سال زندگی هیچوقت نمیتونیم همچین امکاناتی را داشته باشیم و با این پیام دوست دارم به هموطنان عزیزم
بگویم که قدر شناس باشند و لذت ببرند و خیلی رفتار پرسنل مودبانه و پر محبت می‌باشد و امیدوارم که همیشه این ریتم ادامه داشته باشد تا ما بتوانیم با لذت تمام استفاده بکنیم و قدرشناس باشیم ‌‌و تشویقشان بکنیم که همیشه بهترینها را در اختیار مشتریهایشان بگذارند .
