The staff is helpful and friendly, my train ticket and hotel in Yard has been reserved with sale price. However, as a foreigner I couldn't reserve online so I need to go to the agency. I hope the online service for foreigner will be updated soon!

The best third party website for booking flight ever. We bought a ticket from Qeshm to Tehran with them and the airline cancelled its flight a day before. Alibaba contacted us and find another flight for us. I had same experience in the U.S. and Alibaba compare to the U.S. third party did a wonderful job. Thanks Alibaba .I bought a ticket from New York to Dallas with CheapOair in December 2015. The airline cancelled my flight 10 hours before flight during Christmas holiday. Nobody was there for helping me. CheapOair said contact airline and airline said it is what it is. I couldn't buy another ticket it was too expensive in New year holidays and I had to move because I terminated my lease...
