Tandis Hospital

Over a month ago, I was shocked to hear yet another piece of bad news about my sister's new waves of cancer.
I had to make immediate plans as to travel to Iran ( from UK) at the shortest time possible in order to provide her all the possible moral support.
Being away from Iran for 47 years, in a way made me feel like (at first) an alien (not being familiar with the health system and a normal daily life). However, beyond my believes , I soon fully integrated as if I had never been away from Iran, which was a blessing.
Now about my sister:
My 61 years old sister (Maryam) was first Diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer when she was only 25 (37 years ago). The Surgery ( removal of tumor & the subsequent tracheostomy) in Kerman did not go to plan and her Vocal Cords and the her respiratory nerve systems were paralysed for which she suffers to this date.
She then travelled to Japan with the hope of a possible treatment. After nearly two years, the residual cancerous cells still remained and she had to give up on Japan.
We (my brother & I) had then decided to bring her to UK (about 35 years ago). In brief , she had a course of Iodine Therapy at Cromwell Hospital in order to get rid of the residual cancer in her throat . Soon after she had to be Laser operated on her respiratory airway passage at Royal London ENT Hospital so that she could breath easier.
In 2016, she was diagnosed with Brain Tumor which was another big blow to us all. She was rushed to UK, was hospitalised at St George's and due to complexity of the tumor's location , they could only manage the removal of the top part of it while the bulk of the bottom bit still remains.
Just under two months ago she noticed some abnormalities with the shape of her right breast. After going through various kinds of tests (Mammogram, Sonography &etc) it was confirmed to be an invasive kind of breast cancer which needed immediate operation.
After searching for a good hospital in Tehran, we were so lucky to be introduced to Tandis Hospital in Jordan. At Tandis further testings and follow ups were conducted and unlike other previous hospitals / Medical Centres they found out that her right kidney was also cancerous.
Now, Tandis Hospital had to deal with a high risk patient who needed three simultaneous operations ( Tracheostomy , Removal of the cancerous part of her kidney and total removal of her right breast ) within a specified time slot.
They did that and they did it top class, they deserve to be praised for that. I need to praise them all with special reference to Mr Moharemi (Managing Director) Dr Mehrsai (Kidney Surgeon) Dr Malek Zadegan (Tracheostomy & Breast Surgeon ) , Dr kareemi (Anaesthetist ), as well as other Doctors and nurses involved.
My sister is now preparing for her Chemeotherapy under Dr Hamidi zad's team at Tandis.
Having seen & experienced different Health Systems around the world, I was astonished to see how well Tandis Hospital is equipped with top experts and modern equipments.

هفته گذشته توسط خانم دکتر برکتی لاپاروسکوپی شدم از همه چیز راضی بودم مخصوصا آقای مسلم مایلی فوق العاده بودند، تنها مشکلی که داشتم با بخش ترخیص و حسابداری بود ای کاش قبل از استخدام تست سلامت روان بگیرید، بابت تمام خدمات ارائه شده هزینه پرداخت میشه پس به کارمند مربوطه رفتار مناسب و شایسته آموزش داده شود، تمام پرسنل اتاق عمل عالی بودند، مجدداً میگم جناب مایلی فوق العاده بودند و از لحظه ورود تا زمان ترخیص پیگیر همه چیز بودند

احتراما به استحضار میرساند اینجانب علی محمد صالحی سرتیپ دوم بازنشسته با عنوان کارشناس ارشد موتورهای هواپیما و هلی کوپتر پس از سی و دوسال سنوات خالصانه خدمتی متاسفانه بدلیل شکستگی استخوان کمر ، مهره L۱ بر طبق تشخیص پزشک معالج آقای دکتر حسن محمدی جراح و متخصص مغز و اعصاب که به توسط ایشان عمل جراحی باز و گذاشتن پروتز بین مهره ای انجام شد ، لازم بذکر می‌باشد جهت قدر دانی و تشکر از تمامی همکاران اداری و عملیاتی در بخش جراحی را گویا شوم بلاخصص آقای دکتر حسن محمدی جراح مربوطه و از همه گویاتر کمک پرستار این بخش جناب آقای مایلی که نهایت لطف و محبت بی دریغشان به عنوان یک نیروی کادری ارائه داشتند و در زمان حضورشان هر گونه نیاز درمانی ، فیزیکی و التهاب درد شدید پس از عمل جراحی را مجدانه پیگیری می‌نمودند که نیاز به تقدیر و تشکر از حضورشان میباشد ، از جمله پیگیری ماهرانه در امر جابجائی از حالت سکون به راه رفتن با واکر در فضای بخش طبق سفارش اکید دکتر جراح ، حضور به موقع و بی وقفه در موقعه نیاز و تعویض البسه پوششی و پاکسازی فضای مربوطه در نیمه شب با مدیریت خاص و بدون هیاهو ما را شرمنده کرده اند..
خواهشمند است از آن مقام محترم و مسئول امر و مقرر فرمایند تا که در صورت امکان و در اسرع وقت اقدامات لازم و بهینه ای انجام پذیرد تا انشاالله در ادامه راه در آینده نزدیک به جایگاه بالاتری ارتقا نمایند..سپاسگزارم

بنده سه هفته پیش در بیمارستان محترم تندیس توسط جناب آقای دکتر محمدتقی رضایی جراحی شدم ، کادری مجرب و بسیار محترم و بااخلاق ، از اولش که در قسمت پذیرش بودیم خانم حیدری عزیز و خوش رو که بخاطر شرایطی که داشتم کار من رو لطف کردن با خوشرویی و محبت انجام دادن، تا داخل بخش که بستری شدم در تمام شیفت هاشون چه از لحاظ پرستاران محترم چه خدمات و نظافت بخش و اتاق ها نامبروااان بودن و همه چیز عالی به بهترین نحو ارائه دادن.
خیلی خیلی سپاسگزارم از مدیریت محترم بیمارستان تندیس ، علی الخصوص جناب آقای دکتر محمدتقی رضایی و تمامی پرسنل محترمشان.
دستانتان توانا ، مهرتان ماندگار

بیمارستان تندیس بسیار عالی و تمیز هست. پرسنل بسیار مهربان و دلسوز و مودبی داره. برادرم عمل دیسک انجام دادن تو این بیمارستان دکترشون آقای شمسا بودن و من برادرم خیلی راضی بودیم. یک آقا که کمک پرستار بودن به اسم آقای مایلی خیلی انسان شریف و مهربان که مثل برادر به ما کمک کردن ممنون ازشون و انشالله همیشه سلامت باشن

من اوایل آذر برای جراحی رفتم بیمارستان تندیس و چهار روز بستری بودم. هماهنگی پرسنل تو بخش های مختلف ستودنی بود. نحوه ی رسیدگی کادر درمان به قدر عالی بود که انگار سال هاست باهات آشنا هستن. بهترین شرایطی که میشه تصور کرد هم برای بیمار و هم همراهش فراهم بود. من جراحی سختی داشتم ولی همدلی، مسئولیت پذیری فوق العاده و روحیه شاد و لبخند همیشگی پرسنل محترم و دوست داشتنی بیمارستان تندیس کلی حال و یاد و خاطره خوب رو برای من رقم زد. من از صمیم قلب ازشون متشکرم و بهترین ها رو براشون آرزو دارم.
