Amazing traditional home-made (taste) foods. Owners are a very respecting family and employees, especially chefs, and he puts his passion into the foods that he cooks.
I do suggest their lamb neck meal with Shevid Baghali Polo, which could be served for 3 people.
Don't forget to ask for the neck stew juice.

it is one of the oldest restaurants in central Tehran. it is famous for its baghali polo ba gardan which easily serves three people. the portions are large and the prices are good. though it is a diner rather than a fine restaurant

One the oldest restaurant but high quality and fresh in Tehran near south sohrevardi.
Menu has a lot of delicious Iranian food . But definitely "baghali polo ba gardan" is the best of in Iran included bean with rice and sheep neck meat and special oil

My husband and I were there on 20 of July 2017 we ordered the most famous food in Dehbashian that is Baghali polo ba Gardan( braud bean rice served by Tahdig
side with neck of lamb) also Shirazi salad. We enjoyed alot. The food quality was great in a big portion ! The rice was excelent you'd love it.. they would surprise you by their speed in serving food. The tast of salad Shirazi was delicious and so nostalgical. As Dehbashian is an old restaurant do not expect a luxury environment. We strongly suggest here. But don't forget restsurant placed in banned traffic zone! You can go there at the weekend like us... :)

Best baghali polo with lamb in tomato sause version (mahicheh or gardan) in town! Also the zereshk polo is a good choice!

This is an old traditional Iranian restaurant that is very famous for its "Baghali Polo va Gardan". Delicious food and a bit expensive but its worth a try
