ChaiBar Cafe

The garden is spectacularly beautiful. There's seats both inside the building and outside in the garden. The breakfast is being served until 12:00. The staff are polite and welcoming. The Cafe is owfully crowded in weekends and it's hard to find a parking place around. While it shares the garden with Association of Calligraphers there is a separate entrance door for the Cafe for easier access.

If you are looking for a unique café to spend time, definitely choose the ChaiBar. Absolutely delicious Apple pie and traditional ice cream (Gol-o-Bolbol) that will bring you back to childhood memories and real Akbarmashti.

Great service and food! The ambiance is great. The outdoor seats make it for an amazing spot for brunch or lunch.

Atmosphere is really awesome.We order Kotlet sandwiches and Mediterranean chicken with peanuts which was delicious and different.

One of my favorite places, nothing too big or bold about it, its very chill and the type of people who go around there are neat.
The cafe has good food and the employees are real nice and the service is 10/10.
Best part is that there are amazing cats there and most of em are clingy.

Pretty nice atmosphere it is located outdoors and its got a neat surroundings, its a coffee shop with variety of hot beverages and snacks. Its somehow a trendy place and located uptown. Prices are medium and reasonable. Its a must try for its unique outdoorsy atmosphere. We ordered coffee and some cakes and the quality was up to good standards.

Lovely energy delightful garden and cafe

Despite being crowded, but the service was very good, the sandwiches are very delicious, especially if you have a desire, the staff will guide you well to choose a better drink and food.

Super great place!!!! The ambience is just wonderful right in the middle of a beautiful backyard sort of place! The staff is also beyond nice the two gentleman one named monitoghrol i believe was very welcoming and even served us breakfast after hours knowing that we came a long way there!!! LITERALLY COMING BACK TOMORROW

Nice old building with a cozy garden, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice although it's not a self-service buffet. Various types of tees and beverages, food also worth the price. Highly recommend it.

Interior space for sitting is limited, but outside seating is ample and very pleasant. Great place to go on when the weather is nice to sit outside and enjoy a beverage and a snack.

Chaibar has a unique atmosphere and always makes me feel good when I go there. The menu is practical and homemade delicious. It's clean and quality served with a positive energy.

Excellent. Nice garden with nice coffeshop. Breakfasts is great. My favorite is Persian breakfasts. Nice people who are working there. And clean and quiet pleace. Love chai bar
