Very crowd without any customer service

Although there is a queue management system, most of the customers (of old habit) go directly to one of the customer service desks and start talking to the expediter, which gradually becomes the problem they want to solve at the checkout.

This seems to be very accepted among the staff at the bank. No one is dismissed for missing a ticket!
