It's a really beautiful lovely place you must see...
The most annoying thing was about small stores which located inside of this traditional historical place. I don't love them because they distract my concentration.
But as I said you should see there and then sure about visiting "yazd"❤❤❤

Better to go there at day time. Make sure to have couple of hours to walk around the neighbors. Few more historical attractions you will find. One next to another 💫

The mansion is magnificent and beautiful, especially the room whose walls and ceiling are painted.

The 150-year-old Lari House, built in 19th century by Hadji Mohammad Ibrahim Lari, is one of the best-preserved Qajar-era houses in Yazd. The family used this building as a house for Dervishes of the Ne’mat-o-Allahi order in the past.

The badgirs, traditional doors, stained-glass windows, elegant archways and alcoves mark it out as one of the city’s grandest homes. The merchant family who built it have long gone, and it is now home to architecture students and cultural heritage officers. It has a charming atmosphere with a large pool in the central courtyard over which sits a huge, gently disintegrating wooden takht (Throne).

I think it's the best traditional house in yazd. It has many different shops each selling handicrafts made by their sellers. Fantastic

If I was told that I could only visit one place once I arrive in Yazd, I would with no doubt choose visiting the Lari house. It is one of the traditional houses located near Alexander’s prison. What I liked the most about it was the Ghahve Yazdi( Yazdi Coffee) that was being served in the house. Once we entered the house we settled before the tables and the coffee was served in traditional silver and copper wares, with the first sip we were surprised by the unique taste of the coffee, a taste that makes you want to return again and again. The server was kind enough to explain for us the procedure of making the coffee and what made it different from other kinds. The procedure somehow is close to the making of Arabic coffee but with some different ingredients. The coffee is brewed in copper wares for the sake of the taste for hours before it is ready to be served. On top of this, there are several workshops around the house. You can find some unique handmade works of wood in the workshops. Also there is a room covered with paintings and mirrors which can be considered as the most traditional part of the house.

It's a place representing how rich people used to live. It's got a windcatcher, small rooms. The place represents Yazdi architecture.
P.S. Stand under the windcatcher. If there is wind, you will be successful to feel its stream. It will relax you.

Very beautiful. Remember to check every room as many of them are open to be freely visited with beautiful paintings and colorful windows and mirrors.
