Best sushi place in Tehran for sure.
Japanese food is not very familiar for many Iranians, but Kenzo offers a menue that even first time sushi tries will like.
The quality of the food is very good, they have many many options and different individual sushi rolls or sushi platters.
The price is high compared to other resturants so it is not budget friendly, but the quality makes up for it.
They have a traditional Japanese section and a normal resturant style seating area, but no outdoor seating.
The only complaint is they didn't play Japanese music which would suit the place and set the mood.
The drinks are also good, I tried the blueberry lemonade which was a nice compliment to my food, and we ordered some pear mocktails which we also enjoyed.
Overall, it is a great sushi place with good quality and would 100% recommend going there.

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant in Tehran. Their sushi rolls and sashimis are perfect! Everything is fresh and raw as it should be. Compare to some places in town who give you cooked fish, which defeat the purposes. They also offer teppanyaki experience which worth doing once for the entertainment. Unfortunately the teppanyaki plates are not as tasty. You can also get these really cool non-alcoholic cocktails. The service is great. They have valet! I definitely suggest making reservations. Prices are a bit high, but sure worth it!!!

Okay their sushi was the most delicious I've tried so far. We ordered crunchy roll and california crispy which is a great choice for those who want to try sushi for the first time. We were there at valentine's day so they gave us a little gift bag containig a delicious mochi cake ad wrll. That was a beautiful gesture.
Only the room was a little cold. But to sum up everything was good.

If you want to taste authentic Japanese food, don’t hesitate to visit Kenzo! Thanks to their Japanese chef, you won’t taste excessive amounts of mayonnaise like you do in other sushi places. The fish is always fresh and even their take-away packages are superb. Overall Kenzo is a brand and doesn’t need any advertisement!

Best Japanese restaurant in Tehran! Ask for Mr. Masoomi and he will take care of the rest! Fresh shrimp and lobster. The food is delicious, spectacular service, and pleasant ambiance. You won’t be disappointed.

We had incredible night at kenzo, every thing was great, compared with sushi we had before in other countries,
The only thing that would be better to change, is the music, it would be better to chose Japanese music rather than American or... Music.

Good sushi! Always keeps the same quality with fresh ingredients. Just ask if their tuna is fresh before ordering, the rest is fine.

love this japanese restaurant which is a throwback from the shah era. the sushi is as good as you can get in Tehran right now. the teppanyaki show is entertaining and the staff are very friendly and Mr. Amini the manager is the best. A bit pricey but you will get a good menu of Thai and Chinese dishes as well here.

I like this place so much. The place, vibe and staff are so good. It is expensive but it worth. We tried teppanyaki table and the cook was so funny. And also we ordered sushi, fish was fresh. For 3 people teppanyaki and some shrimp price were around 500,000 toman. I recommend this place if you don’t care about the price.

It's a luxury place with the best Soshi you can find in Tehran. The cozy design, good service and the kind of food it provides, makes this restaurant an excellent place for special events like anniversary. Remember that it's a high class restaurant and the prices are really expensive.
I tried the "Kenzo selection" with "Kimch" and both of them were really good. Kimchi is a very hot salad and Kenzo selection is a combination of different kinds of Soshi (if you are trying Soshi for the first time, i suggest you to try this one). The last point: They only have natural juice (orange, watermelon, ginger lemonade, etc.).

Very nice & kind staff. He cooked my shabu shabu at my table. He took my job and I was little worried first but it turned out better than I expected.
After 3 airplane meals, I really needed some Asian hot noodle dish like Udon and their shabu shabu was better than what I needed. Very fresh and good beef as well. Planning to go back with more friends before I return to DC.
