Beautiful temple

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Bengal Store Ltd in Hyderabad, and I would strongly advise against it. The store is poorly organized and the staff is unhelpful and rude. Additionally, the products are overpriced and of poor quality.

I went to the store looking for a idol of Shree Ganesh. I asked one of the employees for help, but they just pointed me in the direction of the items section and walked away. I wandered around the section for a while, but I couldn't find anything that I liked. I finally decided to ask another employee for help, but they were just as unhelpful as the first one. They told me that they didn't have time to help me and that I should just "figure it out myself."

I was very frustrated, but I eventually found a idol that I liked. I took them to the checkout counter, but the cashier was just as rude as the other employees. She didn't even say hello or goodbye to me. She just processed my purchase and not handed me my receipt..

In addition to the above, here are some other specific complaints that I have about Bengal Store Ltd:

* The store is very dirty and disorganized. The products are often stacked in a haphazard way, and it is difficult to find what you are looking for.
* The staff is very unprofessional. They are often rude and unhelpful.
* The products are overpriced and of poor quality. I have purchased several items from the store that have broken or fallen apart within a few weeks.

Overall, I had a terrible experience at Bengal Store Ltd. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

They accept credit / debit cards, but demand 2% extra charges. They don't give our bill after payment.

staff is rude. no help in nature. i have yesterday visit there. bill with wrong material. mean they are cheating tourist. by extra material bill like i have purchased one idol and they have billed me withh other 2 material books etc. .there is no rate system. by that way they are cheating to all
