This place is one of the best in Hyderabad, located in the height with a mesmerizing view of the lake, secretariat and city. You can also enjoy the sunset view of the cool Breeze during Jan - March. Hussain Sagar Lake in walking distance. The place was a bit crowded during the weekend but it's worth going.

Beautiful marble temple well maintained and daily poojas done for Lord Venkateshwara.

No place to sit
No shelter either in stair case or pathway or anywhere else.
Compulsorily some sitting arrangement must be done for senior citizens , ladies with small kids.

The Birla Temple in Hyderabad is a beautiful place, especially at night. It's on a hill, so you get an amazing view of the city, the lake, and the roads below. They don't allow mobile phones or cameras inside, but that actually makes it a peaceful place for families to visit. It's a great spot to see the city lights and relax......

Visited the beautiful Mandir in Hyderabad and was thoroughly impressed with the serene atmosphere and meticulous maintenance. Situated in the middle of the city, the Mandir is a peaceful haven that radiates cleanliness and hygiene, creating an aura of Shanti, peace, and Sukoon.

The highlight of the visit was the requirement to submit mobile phones and electronic valuables before entering the temple premises. This unique practice allowed me to fully immerse myself in the spiritual experience without any distractions. The management's efficiency in handling this process was commendable, contributing to a truly tranquil environment.

Additionally, the Mandir offers breathtaking scenic views that add to the overall charm of the place. If you're seeking a serene escape in the heart of the city, this Mandir is a must-visit. The combination of cleanliness, tranquility, and well-managed facilities make it a standout destination for spiritual seekers.

So much has changed around this temple over the years but the temple still gives you a sense of calm once you enter the premises. The road leading up to the temple can be very narrow and dumped with garbage. You aren’t allowed to take phones, cameras, laptops or any other electronic items and large bags. There’s locker facility to store them.

This temple is at the hill top and had a very good view of hyderabad city especially the Hussain Sagar Lake. You have to deposit the phones and shoes while entering but on 25th December we were exempted to take the phone.

It is made of white marble and you need to climb some stairs to reach the temple. The services are well managed here and you will have a great time here.

Beautiful marvelous. Such an intricate architecture. Beautiful designed. Many devotees sing the Govinda jaap. A magnificent place for mind peace and meditation. Phones are not allowed inside the temple since photography inside the temple is not allowed. You have veg canteens outside the temple. This temple is located on a hill. A crowded place I would say.

Breath taking view from the top of hill (temple is on hill). Old TS govt definitely has a vision for Hyderabad, the way the whole area is developed is amazing, you can see the senate office building, amar deep, Hussain sagar from here.

Very well maintained white marble temple of lord Venkateshwara Swamy.

Phones are not allowed inside temple. Ample parking space to park two wheelers and four wheelers.

Along with main idol there are a lot of small temples in the place. A good place to visit in the evening, well lit by colour full ledges flood lights.

It's a beautiful temple located on a hillock dedicated to Lord Venkateswara built by the Birla group. It has a traditional South Indian architecture. It faces the Hussain Sagar Lake and Secretariat. Cameras and phones are not allowed inside. There is an arrival area where you deposit your footwear and electronics in lookers. There is a short climb (2 stories roughly) with few deities at the 1st level and the main deity at the 2nd level. The view from the 2nd level is magnificent! Certainly worth the visit!

Birla Mandir isn't just a temple, it's a masterpiece on a hill! Soaring white marble against the Hyderabad sky, it whisks you away from city buzz. The climb up may be warm, but the view of Hussain Sagar Lake takes your breath away. Inside, the main deity, an 11 ft Lord Venkateswara, radiates divine serenity. The blend of Dravidian, Rajasthani, and Utkala architecture is mesmerizing. Evenings bring a magical glow with illuminations, turning the temple into a jewel. Whether you seek spiritual bliss or architectural wonder, Birla Mandir has it all. Don't miss this Hyderabad gem!

Must visit temple in Hyderabad. Mobile is not allowed inside the temple but you may be able to sneak in mobile. The view from the top of the temple is mesmerizing. The new secretariat building looks very beautiful at night. In day Lake view is excellent. Parking is a big issue here, so if driving a car then you have to park a bit far away
