Great Store and Friendly People

It's a day & night medical store, so it's an advantage for the people living around the area, and as it is on the CST/University road it is convenient for motorist and people passing through

It's a medical cum super market....good place to buy medical stuff and some groceries item under one roof..

1st star for being a 24 hr chemist.
2nd star for being what I suppose is the only store in kalina to have ample walking space.
3rd star for being a good backup store for general goods (if you are used to shopping at better places with a better variety)

Lousy counter service during most of my visits. Seems like a big favour from them to make my bill. That’s where the 4th star disappeared.

Extremely poor after sales service. I purchased 2 Insulin pens from Bhatia in Kalina. At the time of purchase they were ready to send it to my house in Vakola even at midnight. Now that the pens were jammed, they asked my 70yr old mother to come to the Pharmacy. Furthermore the workers there did not even want to help her. They told her to come back later as the owner was not there. After forcing the worker to look at the pen, he then tried it a few times and it then worked. My mother then asked the worker thrice, to put a new pin as the one that was there was bent. The worker told my mother to go home & do it and then started ignoring her pleas. When your'll employ staff atleast train them to be empathetic to customers as well as equip them with knowledge about products that are being sold in the pharmacy which are the basics. Just a reminder - You aren't giving things for free, we are paying customers.

It's very pathetic service from that specs person name Mukesh. Their staff only tells sir dont mess with him he is arrogant and also shouts at them and customer. Also heard he gives fake accounts to the owner all heard about him so negative really he is a.. Hole. Previous staffs were nice bring them atleast they respect us senior citizen. Now it's pain to go in kalina bhatia becasue of Mukesh chaudhari
