Sumitra market is the oldest market of new navy nagar in mumbai whose location and ambiance has never changed from ages. Although the nearby building and markets might have changed their places as well as looks but sumitra market remains as it is. It has all kind of facilities for all kind of people. It has book shops for student and normal household items for general people. Overall its a pretty well maintained place with good quality of items available all the time.

All grocery and items for home needs is available here. The non vegetarian market nearby gives fresh chicken and nice variety of fishes. The vegetable market has fresh vegetables at reasonable rates. The fast food counters provide hot and delicious fast food. The shop keepers are very friendly and helpful.

Sumitra market is multi mart. I'll get each and every thing optical shop, grocery store, books store, clothes shop, smart phone mechanic, Sports equipment, sweet shop. It is attached with eats and treats. I has got everything to eat.

The best place to roam in Navy Nagar. It is place restricted for Defence personnel and their relatives only. One can get lot of varieties here. Different shops are there according to need of person. Starting from simple grocery electronic equipments. Newly designed and modified. Pleasent place to roam. One can found food corner near to Market. A loving place for foodies.

It's a nice and multiple market. You can get here most of items and goods, like uniform item, garments, domestic item, cosmetic, edibles etc. You can enjoy here a great test sweets ,fast foods and variety of juices. But one problem is here, only defence personals and thier dependent are allowed.
