Nike store in santacruz is my go to store for buying my gym clothes. I don’t trust any other brand in quality other than Nike. Even when it comes to sports shoes I feel they are the most comfortable. I have only worn Nike for my gym workouts. The most comfortable yet stylish collection Amazing fit too.

Went to pick up the latest Jordan’s after not being able to find them at Palladium. Great service, very clean store. A tad disappointed that they have a fairly small collection of sneakers for women.

Some of the sales executive may seem rude or uninterested in the beginning but they do cater to all ur demands and questions with patience and are very helpful. Got my broken shoe replaced and again the staff helped me in the process. Truly professionals.
About the store: Easy to locate. Women's section on the ground floor and men on the first floor (Some men will start snooping at women shoes coz they are so good)
I wish there were more products/shoes (like Jordans maybe) but their collection seem pretty content and there is a good chance to find what you might be looking for (unless u have something specific in mind)

Purchased alphafly’s from them. Great in store experience. Even though the shoes were not available with them in store. They sent a guy out to fetch it from their warehouse.

A newly opened Nike outlet at Linking road, Santacruz West Mumbai is very good. It was a pleasure to walk into the outlet. It was large with 2 levels of store. The products were very well displayed. We could find what we wanted easily. The staff were good at their work. They quickly brought what we want to try and select.

Good store. Only nike store that has a treadmill to test shoes. The people there are helpful and don't hesitate to show shoes. I tried 5 pairs and they readily showed them with a smile. I couldn't find my size. It would have been a great help if they could have 1/2 sizes in store to try. Finally bought my size online.

Went after a really long time after the pandemic. Proper procedures were followed. Still very helpful and warm approach. However gpay is preferred by them. I used my card though.

The staff here is extremely polite and helpful. You're paying a premium price since it's Nike but they do treat you with great respect and don't hesitate in going that extra bit to make sure your needs are met.

Ground floor is for women and the collection is awesome, then the first floor is for men and if you are a sneakerhead just like me, you'll find the love of you life(sneakers) just as i did.I purchased LeBron's and 270 react!
Collection was awesome and staff was cooperative and helping in selecting the right shoe.

Awesome layout of store... Good ambience. But rates are very high.. Shoes starting at RS. 4000 😫n max limit is 14000

Have a good range for all types of sports. Got a good pair for walking. Excellent customer service.
