Excellent experience! They were extremely kind and helpful. From the moment I walked in, the security guards stationed at the door and the employees inside greeted me warmly. It was a quick pitstop as I was in a rush. I gave them a list of things I needed and they provided me with a variety of options and had a kind helpful attitude throughout. They even helped me carry the groceries to the car without my even asking. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit not only for the variety of products they have there but also for the team who turned out to be one of the kindest I have experienced. They really do stand out! Simply remarkable

After Covid-19 lockdown nature's basket OPENED. thermal check and sanitizer, mask compulsory to enter in show. Good safety measures taken by show administration. You can drop wine order ahead and pick up later.

Have not visited the store personally, post-lockdown. This review is being written primarily to thank the staff members for their consistently excellent behaviour and service. The men and women employed in daily essentials at retail or delivery deserve respect or at least some recognition from us customers. They are risking their and their family's health just to make our lives easier.

Used to visit here quite regularly before lockdown.

The staff was always very cordial and, somehow, kept themselves upbeat. I would often spot the manager himself behind the checkout counter or near the shelves, guiding customers just like the other employees would.

The variety of products on sale is on par with any supermarket produce/consumables section. Plus, plenty of (apparently) imported brands in a selection of items, from chocolates to packs of tofu.

The fruits and vegetables are especially noteworthy because of how fresh they looked. Many veggies on display seem to be imported which is bad for your wallet but, hopefully, excellent for nutritional diversity. There's a separate section for organic produce, as well.

I can't verify their claim of selling produce that is no more than 24 hours old. But I can personally attest to the quality because these were the juiciest, most flavorful retail vegetables I have had in my short years of being alive.

Oh, yeah there is a wide selection of breads, cereals, butters, health snacks(says the packet, anyway), dairy products, non-dairy milks, pet food, even cakes and pastries.

Frozen foods have a dedicated temperature-controlled section. Both fresh and packaged options are available. Meats on sale include fish, chicken, mutton/lamb and pork (Beef is listed in the Nature Basket app and you may try ordering online).

Speaking of, my family regularly ordered online from the app or by calling the store directly, during lockdown. There was no drop in quality of fresh food, in my experience.

Finally, I would reiterate what I mentioned on the disclaimer : I appreciate what they are doing for us. I don't know if any of the previous employees are still there. I hope they are. Most of them seemed to be genuinely good natured human beings and it saddens me to think that our economies value them this little.

A well maintained gourmet food retail outlet with all daily needs, exotic fruits.and vegetables and bakery items. The staff are prompt and helpful with the customers and always ready to provide solutions. The billing desk is efficient and ensures customer delight is maintained for every purchase.

Awesome place to pick up the essentials! Meat department is ALWAYS well stocked and fresh, great selection of veggies and diverse beer and wine selection. The staff is very friendly!
