We went only to the supermarket to buy some groceries. It was not very crowed during lunchtime. I bought all the things that I needed. The prices were very reasonable, also the staff there was very helpful getting all the products that I asked for.. A nice store for busy area especially..

I had visited your store for a couple of times, the place was good, products as well. But the cash counter incharge, I believe her name is Mrs. Banu, when she was giving a manual bill to me, there was an error in total, it's just two digit figure, however I politely notified here about her mistake. She became very angry and try to act smart in front of other customers. However I just ignored and walked away and on my next visit, i saw her screaming on top her voice with her colleague and many a times I found she speaks very harsh to the customer, to me as well. It spoils the pleasant
atmosphere. I doesn't feel like coming back again. Many a time she doesn't know the price of products. People incharge of counter should have products and price knowledge. But the other counter staff was customer friendly.
Requesting Mrs. Banu to reduce her temper in work station. Ur dealing with customer, please be little polite. People are dropping to your store from a longer distance. Having skipping the stores on our way. Highly disappointed. Even my neighbour felt the same. Would like to bring this to the management notice.
