Beware of the store!

I have purchased twice from this store.
In my first experience, i didn't get good customer service but i neglected it assuming the store would be in developing process.
Later, few months later, i purchased groceries from this store, and when i come to this store with a bill as proof and card, the owner ignores you saying he wouldn't help you and says he wouldn't return the money back.

Problem that i faced in my first purchase was:
Amul cheese having fungus

Problem that i faced in my second purchase was:
There were glass pieces in sauce bottle

Could be manufacture defect, could be coincident
But totally not appreciated by not getting good customer service.

I probably have lost around 700 bucks just by shopping from here!

Spreading this news across everywhere! Never shopping from here!
