It's a one stop shop( well ,almost!) for me..a visit once a month is the usual when I purchase every grocery item for my family of six.to last the whole month..all items are displayed with price with schemes,offers if any,so you can choose whatever you need..infact sometimes the More offers lure me so much that I pickup More(!) than I actually need!
