5 for service, the hotel is centrally located. It’s cold needs heating in public places and restaurants. We asked for a heater in the room and while dining it was immediately arranged. Food is great. Overall, everyone from door men, reception, concierge, and restaurant staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice place. It is confirmed to give 5 stars.Like Delhi's Taj Hotel etc. it is very good looking. Places etc and as I have seen. Looks much better.I will comment to my friends and relatives that they should also go and take a good look once.

I went to Taj Chandigarh for a business event. I had a serious concern in my mind about there service and food taste because some feedback from colleagues and google reviews. But to my surprise i experienced totally different thing. Food was great, there service was good. Ambience was great, staff was well behaved.

Love the property first of all , I had a layover at Taj Chandigarh today and the staff is so humble and kind , thanks to Ritik who helped us at the breakfast buffet , one my colleagues were asleep in the room and she was tired to get down and have breakfast, meanwhile Ritik was empathetic enough to understand and help us to provide her some food in the room .

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Chandigarh Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped through the entrance, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the front staff and the diligent security officials who ensured a safe and welcoming environment.

Every aspect of our stay was fantastic - from the aromatic chai and delectable dosas prepared by the talented culinary team to the impeccable service at Cafe 17. The new trainee's dedication did not go unnoticed; their enthusiasm added a special touch to our stay.

I must extend a heartfelt appreciation to three individuals who stood out during our stay. Pranjal and Meenakshi at the front desk were not only professional but also exceptionally courteous, making the check-in process seamless. A special mention goes to the kind lady who invited my wife to light the lamp in the lounge area, creating a memorable and personal touch.

The hotel's strategic location is indeed commendable, making it convenient to explore key places in Chandigarh effortlessly. The combination of warm hospitality, delicious cuisine, and a prime location makes Taj Chandigarh our top choice for future visits. If we return to Chandigarh or plan our next vacation in India, Taj will undoubtedly be our first and preferred destination.

I had a great stay twice at this property. Staff is very good. I had cold and staff called Sayan immediately arranged a steamer and some honey to help me. Food was also superb.

Excellent hotel, small in size compared to other Taj properties though, but sufficient. Suites are good, service is efficient and food is good. Sorry had no drinks so no idea of bartender but restaurant is good.

My overall experience living here is okay. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient. The outside and room are good furnished.

This property is must visit actually. I was recently in this beautifull Hotel for 2 days and my experience was just amazing. My Room was very clean very spacious not even a single visible dirt any where in the room bed was very cozy and the way they welcome you is just like you are coming back to your home after visiting somewhere. the staff is very good at everything specially the guy by the name Mr Bhawani is very helpfull,well behaved and always in the front to guide you better.
The food was really tasty and yummy specially Rahra ghost i just love non veg🙂 white sauce pasta was mouth watering actually, infact i tried rajmah for the very first time in any 5star hotel and rajmah of Taj was just superb.grilled chicken was also amazing.
I strongly recommend Hotel Taj Chandigarah.

Taj Chandigarh which was earlier known as ITC Taj is the most loved commercial property in Chandigarh. Right now their are two Hyatt residency Hotels in Chandigarh but before we can definetly say their was no alterntive of ITC Taj in J and K, Himachal Pradesh and Panjab, if you are coming to stay in Chandigarh. We could say that Taj Chandigarh has changed the definition of luxury. Their bringing in of high quality of hygiene in Indian Hospitality is job done by ITC Taj Chandigarh. It changed the meaning of staying at Hotel for the guests and travellers by taking care of their luggage and belongings. If I am not wrong the ranking of Indian Luxury Hotels on the International line of marking was done by ITC Taj Chandigarh. With the advent of cyber city Gurugram, Chandigarh is not in the front row of most soughted cities in India and definetly lost the edge as it seems difficult that all the incomplete work will now ever get complete because of changes that came in due to shift in pre-determined criteria's. But even the loss that happened to hospitality buisness will get recover by the years of good work put in, the question is will forieng investors not ask questions from Chandigarh Administration about the promised and delievered.

My kids absolutely love this place. Each and everyone is fabulous and everyone provided an exceptional service. The moment you walk in,the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel at home. We enjoy their breakfast, the variety of food and drinks they offer to us at the restaurant is amazing. Live food stations offer mouth watering food.

Enjoyed the evening music session of soft Hindi songs. He was too good summed it all up in the end
