I had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix homestay to , and it truly exceeded my expectations. Here are the highlights:

At first the homestay is nestled amidst nature, offering breathtaking views. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner Rajen ji and his family. Her hospitality made us feel right at hom

The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the serene ambiance.

The meals were a highlight! The home-cooked food was not only yummy but also authentic.

Overall, Phonix homestay is a gem. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Clean room ,Clean washroom, good quality furniture, , Kettle and flux water bottle available in the room. Geyser in the washroom as well .

Beautiful views and great area outside the rooms to chill and just enjoy the weather.

I think food is the best part here. We stayed here for 2 days and ate many different dishes. Loved everything. You can't miss their chai , deshi chicken and infact anything, it will be great. Their aachar (Tamarind pickle) is fab too.
I would highly recommend this place .

The home stay was the best & the owner of this home stay Rajen Daju was very kind , very helpful, the room was very neat & clean, the food was awesome, it's like home, our guide Sagar daju was also very kind hearted person who was hlep me a lot. I never met such kind of people, they are too good

We stayed at phoenix homestay on 24 December 2023. The owner Rajen Tamang he managed our all Sandakfu trek along with his brother Sankar. The room is specious with all amenities and the view from the room is great. The food they served us was delicious and fresh.. Rajen bhaiya and his wife both are very helpful and they fulfilled our all things.. I would recommend all to if you are planning to trek or tour Sandakfu please visit phoenix homestay for your awesome experience.

Best homestay at Dhotrey with mesmerizing surrounding. Owners behaviour and hospitality are really impressive. Food quality and cleanliness of the homestay are also very impressive.

It's a beautiful homestay with all the needed amenities. The family who runs it is so warm comforting and helpful that the stay becomes easier.

Good homestay, behavior of the owners are so good and helpful minds. Rooms, toilets are very neat and clean. Foods are very good.

If you are a trek enthusisat, and if you have low budget, you must contact Rajen tamang. He is a good and trustworthy man. Just call and tell him your plan. He make all arrangements for station pick-up and drop( share taxi), guide and accommodation at lowest cost. It is not that low cost means low quality arrangement . Tell him what kind of accommodation you like he will arrange. I have just finished my trek with him, except for the accommodation at Ahal, everything else was pretty good.
Finally, Rajen's son must be mentioned. A rambunctious child of six years. From the moment you reach his home, he will accompany you. Rehant will show you different parts of dhotrey, become very close to you in a few moments, and get upset when you leave.
All in all this trek will be memorable for you.

I had a wonderful time at the homestay. It was a quiet place with great views of the valley. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, and the food was delicious and fresh. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The homestay is placed in a peaceful place from where the sunrise can be seen. Rooms are cosy and fitted with geyser and western toilet. The owner and his family are really Very friendly and felt like our own family. I have clicked some photo of the homestay but in some big camera so they will take time to process. Anyhow who want to stay in a peaceful environment of a village life can stay in this home stay. Kanchenjunga can be seen in just three minutes walk. There are three rooms with same facilities and can accomodate 12 heads. I hope Phoenix homestay to be a destination of peaceful people.

Very gentle owner with excellent behaviour. The rooms are extremely well maintained having nice, clean wash rooms with Western facilities, geysers etc. The food was very nice,and the chicken preparation was awesome! Excellent view. Strongly recommended. The nearby local market offers a scenic view and calm ambience.

One of the best homestay in dhotrey Phoenix homestay food is good and morning sunrise view is Excellent.

Lodging and fooding are excellent. Behaviour of owner Mr Rajen & other members are very nice. We 3 family group stay there for a night and enjoy a lot with the co operation of Mr Rajen and their family members.

Rajen Dada Also A Good Trekking Guide. If You Start Your Trek To Sandakphu You Must Choose Rajen Tamang As Your Guide.
