Love this place. Ideal for short stay on the way back or way to Srikhola.It is the starting point or otherwise the end point of Sandakphu trek route.We stayed here for one night in our last phase of our trek. View of mountains from this place is awesome. Here houses are decorated with various beautiful orchids. People are very friendly. One can enjoy the glimpse of everyday life of montain people here. There is a big playing ground nearby. We stayed at hotel Kanchenjunga in Rimbik. We can not forget their warm hospitality and awesome food. They also arranged Rasagollas for us. The view of mountains merging with one another and the music of birds are the two things I loved most.

A market place upon a mountain...its an amazing place, no doubt. Full of different things. Go have your bag full. It pretty costs there. xD

Surrounding area of Rimbick like Mane-Dara, Sano Gairigoan, Sepi, Namla, Siri-Khola, Timburey Samandin, Rammam etc are ideal place for Homestay ecotourism and village trek, Jungle Trek (Black Forest) these places has beautiful valley, river, forest, for tourist. People of different caste are found in this regions having their own culture. It will be an additional bonus to tourist with different culture, food way of living, economic sources of these people, tradition, their daily activities etc. these places are yet to be discovered by tourist and whatever tourist get here is natural. These place are ideal homestay and village trek for 3-4 days.

Good stock more vegetables are available rather than bansbote and lodhoma market

This place is very useful for local shopping and local people are very friendly.
