We were a group of 45+ people from Canada who booked through a local sub-agent to visit the Holyland, Egypt and Jordan in April 2023 which was organised by Purple Orchid the tour operator. We paid in Canadian dollars, and expected the tour to be of a certain international standard. The Hotel in Jordan ( Jordan View), was horrible. No hot water, water trickling down from the rusty shower heads and water leaking out from the bottom of the bath tub. Break fast was limited and when it ran out, some were told to scrap the bottom of the dish and then given boiled eggs. Less said about the coffee. Some rooms had even mould in them. Lucky you are not a Canadian operator, or else you would have been sued by now. We were told that we will be going to a private beach on the Dead sea where we could apply the clay from the sea, but we were taken to a public area which had no clay, but just gavel. The food was the same most days. The guide in Jordan, was below par. They even tried to talk us against visiting the place where Jesus was born, which is one of the most important sites to visit and pray. It is like going to Agra, and not seeing the Taj Mahal. The guide in Egypt was good however. Even our local contact told me that she has not received any response from Purple Orchid to this groups complaints/ issues. That says a lot.

would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling anywhere . First is they have not setup the trip properly. Some places are not required in this trip because there was nothing new to see
. There was no proper travel guide. Evn the food was vry bad, literally I felt like wasted my money

Purple Orchid are cheaters the Manager Darrel before going promised us that they wont be any problem for our tour to Europe nor did he informed us about the last minute cancellation charges we were 35 of us travelling from our Juhu Parish only 4 people were last minute rejected because our stay was not reliable and without travelling our 50,000 (Fifty thousand) each were deducted so please be careful while travelling with this tour.
