Bank should provide fast and accurate services to the customer. I had account in this bank but due to poor service I feel forced to close it. Now I am very much satisfied with ICICI BANK. But may this bank has improved alot today.

Maturity proceeds of two FDs not credited despite giving the discharged FDs well in time before maturity. Deliberately delaying credit, Poor service.

I have very bad experience with this bank. Atm anytime stop working. Always have server issue. You can be in trouble if you are dependent on only on this bank.
