Very bad experience . I went there because we thought our hair stylist went there from 3B2 master saleem but no he wasn’t there . I gave 3000 for keratin n nothing happened actually , my whole hair were dry even after the keratin wash n they weren’t able to comb it through. I mean I am able to shampoo n condition my hair n I never got knots n their combs broke there combing my hair creating so many knots in my hair . Seriously don’t you even know how to wash n condition hair. My hair are better off with the good products I use at home than the treatment got at this saloon. Oreo products , poor service . No water temperature regulation. Please go somewhere else . The main guy who does the stuff there has some weird attitude n looks like doesn’t want to do anything . Save your money . Go somewhere else

Worst salon ever. Untrained staff. They just damaged my haircut. They don't even know the difference between wedge Bob cut and bob cut. When u tell the length, they pretends that they got the thing but they don't. They did worst. I recommend just don't go there ever. I gave 1 Star they don't deserve even 1 also

I went in for hair straightening. I was promised 40 to 50 % straightening (don't know whether that is possible or not). What they did is 90% straightening leaving my hair lifeless and flat. They tried to "rectify" the problem by washing it twice and blow drying it. They didn't even offer a free hair cut to get rid of the problem. Had to get it somewhere else. No refund. No voucher. Nothing.
